For MSFS 2024 the exact binding names can be a bit different from MSFS 2020, so if “Throttle Cut” is not listed, try searching for “Decrease Throttle” or “Throttle Reverse Thrust” in the controls search field.
For the Bravo reversers, the usual setup is to bind the reverse levers/buttons to the throttle decrease/reverse command for engine 1 and 2, depending on the aircraft. Also make sure you have selected the Honeycomb Bravo profile in MSFS and that no old duplicate bindings are conflicting after the reinstall. If you tell me which aircraft you are setting up, I can suggest the most likely bindings to try.
