Hello, Could you please confirm that you see version 1.1.2 installed in Aerosoft One? We recently were provided updates for all the FSDG product line to fix these jetway issues, so if you have the latest version, this should no longer be a problem.

Hallo Support Team, leider hat sich in Djerba noch nichts verändert. Immer noch keine Jetways am Platz. LG -

Hello Aerosoft. Is there any chance we'll get the Jetways for Djerba? Thanks -
SOLUTION: After Instalation: 1) you should have C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\Honeycomb\ and within honeycomb folder make sure under bin you have the AFC_Bridge.dll with couple other files 2) When FSX is running while opening a flight make sure to have an add-ons tab on the FSX bar, it should be displayed if any of your addons are properly mentioned in the dll.xml file and fsx.CFG which should be found in. For me an addon created a separate FSX-SE folder C:\Users\''Your Name''\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX-SE, and the Honeycomb Configurator recognised it as the main FSX folder and put it's dll.xml file with the AFC_Bridge.dll inside The issue was that I had two folders FSX and FSX-SE with with two dll.xml files one in FSX folder and one in FSX-SE 3) Just Copy dont delete the content regarding Honeycomb from that dll.xml file, in my case it was in the FSX-SE's dll.xml <Launch.Addon> <Name>Alpha Flight Control Bridge Module</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>Honeycomb\bin\AFC_Bridge.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> C:\Users\''Your Name''\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX 2) After Configurator Instalation you should have and paste it in the somwhere in the middle or end of the other dll.xml file located FSX folder C:\Users\''Your Name''\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX make sure that it stands before the last </SimBase.Document> Line, Don't just open but Edit after you paste Save it <Launch.Addon> <Name>Alpha Flight Control Bridge Module</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>Honeycomb\bin\AFC_Bridge.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> </SimBase.Document> 4) You can check that fsx.CFG found C:\Users\''Your Name''\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX has properly inserted the AFC_Bridge.dll when it has automaticaly added a long hash identifier ex: Honeycomb\bin\AFC_Bridge.dll.ezlzuzbouaclrkiekhuwrzouzuzlwrnnlwhnkzra=1 This identifier is unique and won't work if you copy it, 5) Import and Activate a good profile in Honeycomb-Configurator in my case I imported the Glen_Throttle Profile found: 6) Re run FSX Simulator 7) press alt to open the simulator bar and under add-ons Honeycomb should be displayed, once clicked everything including the toggle switches, LED lights, propper landing gear function and lights and autopilot functions worked This worked for me hope it helps works for everyone Best Regards

Hello everyone, I’m having a serious issue with my Honeycomb Foxtrot joystick on PC and I’m trying to determine whether this is a hardware/firmware defect or something I might be missing. The problem is that the main axes (pitch/roll/yaw) behave in an extremely sensitive, almost binary way. Even with very small physical movement, the axis immediately jumps close to the maximum value, as if it were a digital 0–1 input rather than a smooth analog axis. Important details: This happens not only in MSFS 2024, but also in Windows itself. In the Windows Game Controller panel (joy.cpl), the axis does not move smoothly. It jumps rapidly from center to extremes with minimal movement. Changing sensitivity, dead zones, or curves in the simulator makes no noticeable difference. I have tried: Recalibrating the device in Windows Using different USB ports (rear motherboard ports, no hubs) Mechanical resistance adjustment with the Allen key only changes feel, not the behavior of the input. Because the issue is already present at the Windows level, this seems to rule out simulator configuration and points more toward (faulty sensor, firmware issue, defective unit…) Before starting a return process, I wanted to ask: Has anyone experienced a similar behavior with the Foxtrot? Is there any known firmware update or factory calibration tool? Could this be a known batch issue? Any technical insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

From what I see is that some dll files from the addons menu bar are mentioned in FSX.CFG but no AFC_Bridge.dll and nothing honeycomb related I've tried to insert a path in the FSX.CFG but didn't work as other dll files seem to have a long coded extension Also I tried to edit the dll.xml file because I had a problem displaying A2As accu Feel addon before and solved it with editing the dll.xml Is the problem somehow related, mayble I edited wrong, Can you help?
