I've just solved this problem. To fix it, go to the settings at the top, account & settings on the left, and DE-SELECT "show purchasable add-ons in the Library in "Available Add-ons"". Then return to the Library tab at the top and select your simulator on the left, and you should see your product listed below.

Aerosoft One isn't allowing me and others to download the FSS Super 27 for MSFS 2020. When I go to the library to download the product, it says there's an available download but shows a blank screen and I'm unable to download the product I purchased. I've submitted a support ticket but this product has been having this problem for a couple days. I'll attach a screenshot of my issue.   People having the same issue:

I was trying to activate the online product as planned, but I was being redirected to an unavailable page, preventing the activation. So I tried to activate offline but I couldn’t understand what to do

What was the result of submitting the activation request?   I tested activation after the website went offline without issue.

Hello! I have the same situation. I’ve re-started to use my p3d v3, after stopping flight simulation in 2018 due to personal problems and now I can’t install my PFPx because Flightsimsoft site is down so it camn’t vslidate my subscriction. I’ve payed for that and I ghink I have the right to use lit. Is possible to have an offline activation in order to install PFOx again? 

My PC suffered a failure and I had to factory reset it. I have made multiple attempts to get it back but since I bought it 4 years ago but Aerosoft One is not recognizing my serial number from the Instant Download section of the website. I can't download it from the website, it just redirects me to the Aerosoft One app. I enter the serial number in the Product Key section of the app and I get an error that is invalid.   Does anyone have a fix for this? Or know where I can find a product ley on their website that Aerosoft One will recognize? I'm really not trying to give Aerosoft my money twice. I tried filing a ticket with Aerosoft but they haven't responded to my ticket yet, so my optimism is pretty low. 

Guten Abend, ich mach's - vorerst - kurz: Auf meinem System laufen - der "Altersreihenfolge" nach - der "Methusalem" fs09, dann der FSX und als letztes der MSFS 2020. Ich wollte die Grafikkarte - eine Asus GeForce RTX 3060 ti - gegen eine RTX 5060 ti tauschen. Der "Methusalem" und der 2020 haben den Tausch locker weggesteckt - nur der olle FSX begann zu zicken. Vorher - ich weiß, Framerate-Debatten sind immer sehr "erbaulich" - FR von 40 - 60 - nach dem Tausch plötzlich "Dia-Show" - nur noch 11 - 15 fps.   FSX und MSFS 2020 laufen auf einem SSD - fs09 und Betriebssystem (Win 11 Pro) auf einem HDD.   Wieder rückgetauscht - alles wieder fein und ruckelfrei. Wo ist der Grund zu suchen? Hat der FSX eine Grafik-Engine, die solche Wechsel nicht erlaubt bzw. mit solchen Reaktionen quittiert? Vielen Dank für Tips, Ratschläge im Voraus. Gruß. Andreas
