  1. MOD: quite strong words removed from this post. Please understand, that we do not tolerate something like that here. Regular as well as experimental updates are available for installation Flight Simulator X (10.0.61637.0 (FSX-Xpack.20070926-1421)) found: (D:\FSX\) Product Name: Aerosoft Douglas DC-8 for FSX Acceleration/SP2 Installed version: No updates available for this product!
  2. So here i am again asking the same question... Is the FSX version available yet?
  3. and still nothing.. If something has happened, its common courtesy from Aerosoft to answer the thread.
  4. I asked 11th june and was told its a week away... Its now the 26th july... over 6 weeks late.
  5. Ok thanks, look forward to it
  6. Is the Fsx version out yet?
  7. Hi. When asked, on installation, did you actually install the XML tools? It's a separate pop-up if i remember correctly. I'm unsure if just simply re-running the installer will fix it, but it may be worth a try. You could also look inside your FSX folder to see if the XMLTools.dll is present. yes correct.
  8. the code you need for the DLL.XML file, <Launch.Addon> <Name>XMLTools</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>XMLTools.dll</Path> <DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName> <DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName> </Launch.Addon> which can be found in Appdata Search windows for %appdata% - that the easiest way to find it.(include percentage tags) Inside that folder you should see a FSX file. open it. Find the dll.xml file, right click it, then ''open with'' and choose notepad. Copy the above text, or code, by highlighting it, right click, then copy you need to add it anywhere between : </Launch.Addon>| << (1)put your mouse cursor here and press enter to make a gap (2)Right click here and click 'Paste' <Launch.Addon> No gaps should be present, and should look like this: (the red bit, notice no gaps) <Launch.Addon> <Name>A2A Service</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Path>A2A\Shared\A2A_Service.dll</Path> <DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName> <DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName> </Launch.Addon> <Launch.Addon> <Name>XMLTools</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>XMLTools.dll</Path> <DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName> <DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName> </Launch.Addon> <Launch.Addon> <Name>SibWings service module</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>SibWings\Service\swservice.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> <Launch.Addon> <Name>as_connect</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Path>as_srv\as_btstrp.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> </SimBase.Document> Hope that helps
  9. Just to confirm, i was sat at the gate, cold and dark. I just loaded another flight and all was fine. If it happens again i try what you asked.
  10. I had the shaking today - hard to see from VC looking forward, but looking out side window it was clear to see..up and down very fast. I was at a addon airport MDSD - FSX:ACC user. Purchased last week, fully up - to - date with the updater. Aircraft was at full load. I then proceeded with take - off and crashed due to loosing eng 2&3 from fuel starvation - but that's another topic
  11. Does key 'A' cycle the views? A and S keys are standard view cycle.
