  1. It's been a while since the last set of screenshots, so here's a few from the current build.

  6. Could it be that the aircraft is just too complex for you? Have you actually tried to follow the Tutorial? At what exact moment does what you see no longer matches the text? As you can see from literally hundreds of YT vids, other people seem to be able to fly flight plans without much issues and certainly in the last version we do not know of any major issue with the Autopilot. But you really need to follow all procedures correctly to make the systems work for you. And those are really VERY different from Airbus.

  7. As Oliver mentioned - you are quite fast. As SIMstarter is an Configuration Manager the software has to be tested a lot to make sure everything is working correct and does not mess up anything (as this happens since SIMstarter was born). So please be patient... 🙂

  8. Ok so I have just done a fresh install of the CRJ from the marketplace. I disabled the AntiVirus and the sim managed to load all the way through. I flew the C152 and all worked fine. I selected the CRJ and the airport (New territory) clicked the FLY button, it started to load then crashed to the desktop. I found the Content.xml file and renamed it and still with the AV off I tried to start again. Back to crashing before the load completes. I turned the AV back on, removed the CRJ folder and everything is back working again. I will try removing the AFC_Bridge. This m

  10. For such a small company as you claim the sarcasm to a paying customer is staggering! All you needed to tell me was "sorry mister customer for the troubles you have experienced, we are aware of issues with our updater and we are going to release a full build but please bear with us because it takes us many hours, but rest assured the £50 you spent with us is money well spent".

  11. I meant once the full build is ready its a 20 min upload to the CDN, seems its about 720MB upload. As a software company you should be prepared and always have the full build on your website for paying customers like me who can't use your bespoke update facility which clearly has inherent flaws because I'm not the only one suffering it seems. Maybe you should think about giving me some support and ideas to fix the problem along with the other chap in this thread?

  14. This thread has evolved into a catch-all support question basket. This area in the forums is specifically not a support one, so it's best to lock this. From the header: "General Discussion Open discussion about the Aerosoft CRJ, no support please!" For those in need of product support, please repost in the appropriate support area. Thanks for understanding.

  15. As Contrail is a distribution system that sells Aerosoft products and not the other way around, this isn't the place to ask. This site is for support of Aerosoft developed and/or sold products and not other channels. I found a website for them but not any contact information, so I don't have a good suggestion of where to send you. I've had the same issue with one of my add-ons covered but not bought through them and I recall having the same experience. I just ignore the message because I know mine is current.

  16. I really get this travel-feeling when I see such high detailed interiors, just amazing work and worth every cent. Thank you so much for creating such impressive Sceneries! Once this is released and I purchased my copy, I need to play one of those airport soundscapes from youtube in background for ultimate Immersion. Then enjoy a brief walk through the terminal after cockpit preparation.

  19. I've been one of the folks who uses a HOTAS Setup with two throttle axis (Thrustmaster Warthog) but still was suffering from the throttle bug. Was a bit concerned about the Hotfix because most of the discussion revolved around single axis throttles, but I'm happy to confirm the Hotfix solved it for me as well. Thanks a lot Hans and the Aerosoft team for getting the fix ready and out the door as quick as you did!

  21. Hello everyone! How everybody knows the problems with the Throttle using the Xbox Controller or gamepad still not have fixed, so I would like to share with you an alternative while this problems is not solved. I found a mobile application called Fly-by-wireless. With this app you can configure all you need to fly using your phone, including the Throttle! And it works perfectly with the last version of the CRJ. If you want, you cant configure just the Throttle and continue to use your Xbox Controller. I hope I've helped! And sorry some ort

  26. I'm too new to the flightsimming world and boy the CRJ was a steep learning curve. I'd say that at the beginning more or less than 70% mistakes were mine and the other 30% of the bird and/or msfs I've spent hours watching videos, following real crj pilots streams, tried and failed myself while trying to follow the correct procedures, flows and checklists. I've become better and so the bird with the patches. I'll improve even more and I believe the thing will improve too also because the sim is new and some features, both in game or in the devs tools, are quite in beta. Hell some are

  27. @Caleb Oxford are you running the latest 1.0.5.0 update? As curben said, the CRJ is way more complex to fly as an Airbus. A lot have to be managed by the pilot itself. As it was your step into flightsimming, the CRJ requires really some learning. Have you ever checked out these videos, done by a real CRJ Pilot? https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/forum/1061-come-fly-with-me-by-the-dude/

  28. Not saying there aren’t any issues but I think if you take some time and actually learn how to fly it you will enjoy it quite a bit. It’s a bit more work than the FBW A320, for example, but it’s not a waste of money. There are issues that are a bit frustrating but there have been some updates already that improved it and it’s gonna get better. Again, just have to be willing to learn the aircraft.

  30. Hello Volker, I don‘t thInk, that you will get here or in your german Thread an answer, as the Offline Charts installed with the Product is only a give-away to get the base of charts, which was in the past part of the manuel. But this is not a Multi PC Application. And I don’t think that there is an interest to explain how to move it to a different PC, as some minutes later, someone who read that, will offer them in the internet for all. For the individual use of chart on any Platform you want, other PC, Tablet etc, Aerosoft offers the NavDataPro Charts Product, where you get

  31. CRJ Mechanic here. I've noticed the N1 acceleration is very slow to get to target. While the AMM does not state what the time spec for the N1 target it, it does specify the N2 target, which is 95% of N2 max within 10 seconds. I'll have to pay close attention to N2 on my next flight, but N1 certainly lags excessively the way it is modeled. CF34 is a pretty small engine and the N1 comes up to speed very quickly in my experience.

  32. So, I manually moved the FSUIPC LVAR module out of the Community folder. Since I don’t have the add-on linker that is the only way to emulate what it does. But, when running the CRJ and FSUIPC together, no crash or other problem. The only difference is that the LVAR module no longer appears as a selectable option under the FSUIPC “add-on” drop down menu.

The CRJ very quickly became my favourite MSFS aircraft after release and this is going to open up more opportunities for routes all over the world! Keep up the great work, I really can't wait to fly with it!

  37. May I politely ask on which planet some of you live? Do you seriously expect 24/7 support with instant hotfixing for a 42 euro product (the rest is VAT)? Support plans like this usually cost thousands of euros - every month. That said, nobody said that the issue wouldn't get fixed. You got that from not reading properly and drawing your own wrong conclusions. There will just not be a hotfix today. Firstly, because I haven't found the reason for the problem and therefore don't have a fix yet, and secondly, because Aerosoft is contractually obligated to provide Microsoft with a fix "

  43. I may have a solution for this, that just might work... It seems that the loading of the plane in the community folder is different from the loading in the Stream or the OneStore folder... I did this on the FS2020 Microsoft Store edition, with the FS Marketplace CRJ.... What I did was, with the simulator closed, copy the aerosoft-crj folder from the OneStore directory (Steam Directory if you are using the Stream version), then move it to the community folder. Remove it then from the OneStore or Steam directory, and then start the simulator. This seems to be accounting for most of the issues, I

  45. MSFS was my introduction to flight simming and pretty much aviation in general. Without going on a big spill, I'm really disappointed with the CRJ aircraft. It was an absolute waste of $50 and to be honest has probably turned me away from buying any payware aircraft again. It's been 3 months since it's launch and it still doesn't work. AP is a joke, won't follow flight plan, that's just scratching the surface. There was a thread here from a month ago that said there was an impending update that was allegedly going to fix this issues. What happened? If I were aerosoft, I'd be ashamed to have a
