Purchased and installed Aerosoft Toolbar Pushback Pro on a new install of MSFS SU15, on Xbox X. Planned pushback results in extreme and ridiculous S-curves all over the place - the plane goes literally everywhere except where you asked it to. Manual pushback works, so it seems like they could fix this. Is anyone from Aerosoft actually reading these forums?

Any response from Aerosoft on the extreme S-curves when using Toolbar Pushback Pro in MSFS since SU15? I reported the issue here 2 months ago, but no response - very disappointing, regret the purchase.

Hallo Reiner, die Sache mit Python ist unter Windows auch nicht ganz so einfach. Ich habe die auf Ortho4XP1.30 bezogenen Install_Instructions per DeepL übersetzen lassen und an 2,3 Stellen per Hand korrigiert, damit es passt. Die Install_Instructions sind aber schon ein paar Jahre alt, deshalb kurz noch dies ergänzt: Für die Verwendung der in Python geschriebenen Script-Version von Ortho4XP, das eigentliche Script selbst ist "Ortho4XP.py", muss das Python-System installiert sein. Das gibt es unter https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/ in verschiedenen Versionen. Ortho4XP verträgt sich allerdings nur mit einer Python-Version <= 3.11. Ich benutze unter Linux Python 3.10. Immer aber eine 64bit-Version wählen! Dann muss man zusätzlich einige Python-Erweiterungen (Pakete) aus dem Internet downloaden, nach denen Ortho4XP verlangt. Diese Pakete sind in den Install_Instructions gelistet und können über die Suchfunktion, hier z.B. für Pyproj, in https://pypi.org/project/pyproj/ gefunden werden. In der Bildmitte links "Dateien zum Herunterladen" klicken und die für das installierte Python passende Version anwählen. Ist z.B. Python 3.11 in der 64bit-Version installiert, wäre dies https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/79/95/eb68113c5b5737c342bde1bab92705dabe69c16299c5a122616e50f1fbd6/pyproj-3.6.1-cp311-cp311-win_amd64.whl. Achtung: Ortho4XP1.40 benötigt zusätzlich noch das Paket scikit-fmm. Die Installationsschritte dann alle(!) so durchführen, wie in den Install_Instructions beschrieben. Das eigentliche Ortho4XP-System, inkl. dem eigentlichen Script, über die Github-Seite, grüner Button "Code" klicken->Download ZIP herunterladen und dann nur in ein Verzeichnis entpacken. Bei der ansonsten recht detaillierten Szenerie ist anscheinend die Ausrichtung der Runways vertauscht worden. Ich habe die Szenerien nach der Installation in Little Navmap importiert. Vorher war noch alles in Ordnung und RWY 34 hatte 338 Grad, RWY 16 respektive 168 Grad auf der Kompassrose. Danach hat RWY 34 dann 160 Grad und RWY 16 entsprechend 340 Grad. Leider sehr unschön, weil dadurch Flugplanungen mit entsprechenden Programmen nicht möglich sind. Zudem werden diese Daten im Simulator z. B. in das Working Title GNS 530 übernommen. Ärgerlich!

After testing several different models at various airports, they were all the same. However, it is not a solution, but when planning a pushback, if you plan with just one click, you can pushback with a little less crazy left and right shaking. The results were different each time I tested it, but this was the only way to get to the planned location. AS must solve this problem. I bought it despite the bad reviews that it was worse than the free version, but this was completely wrong.
