I'm not usually one to go overboard with comments but I feel that this is beyond a joke. Let me explain.
I own the bravo throttle quadrant that Aerosoft also supplies the config software for. But when it comes to working with one of their own products its useless ie the A340 a 4 engine jet that does NOT work with a hardware device that has 4 throttles. I made a post here earlier regarding this but had very little success in finding a solution. I therefore decided to raise a ticket. After 4 days of no reply to the ticket ,day 5 showed the ticket as solved. No how or why just closed.
I noticed there is an update which i've downloaded and installed after uninstalling the old version, It's made zero difference the loading of the aircraft is still hit or miss and my throttles do not work in any way shape or form.
I really hope someone from aerosoft admin reads this post and can explain to me why you just close a ticket for no reason and why the honeycomb config software does not work with one of aerosoft's products
