    • In flight, the stab trim never stabalized, and the aircraft bounces all over the place. Is there a fix for this?

    • I have a dozen flights now in 2024 with the CRJ v2.  Amazing! Nothing else to add.
    • @Capt Shark, thank you for explaining the correct procedure, very helpful, everything noted, didn't know about the arrow and wasn't doing things in the correct order, now more confident to try again, looking forward to next flight, will report back. Also, thanks for mentioning YourSimCFI's Discord and YouTube channels, already joined and subscribed. Only bought the CRJ a few weeks ago and have been learning by watching YourSimCFI's videos and 'Come Fly With Me', tutorial series by The Dude (Ep8: Approaching Munich!)
    • Same here. MSFS2020, installed V2 from the Marketplace yesterday.   After the first (supposed) WASM crash (CDU and all AP inputs unreactive, rest of sim running normally) in V2, I found out, that V1 was still installed. Uninstalled V1 manually, shut down the sim, installed current nav data (so that it is in synch with the sim), but again had V2 freeze during flight preparation at some point.   Any suggestions which cached files I should delete? I could imagine that they are a horrible mess now.   I will cross check with MSFS2024 the next days. (Currently I use 2024 only for GA flying because of extended laziness on my part to properly migrate my excessively large collection of airport sceneries.)   Edit: Just read in another thread, that it might be related to the N324PQ livery (Delta operated by Endevor). Next try tonight will be a different livery.
    • Looks like it was operator error. I was filling out the perf page before the flight plan page. When I went back to the perf page during my flight, there were many entries that had been erased.
    • Flew same jet, same livery from KASE to KJAC for a check.  Everything was great.  No freeze no nothing.  1.5ish hours and all good.  The only time I noticed that there was some weird "slowing down" was when I clicked on the charts and it tried to show the high alt IFR charts.  I quickly selected my STAR chart which was pinned and then left that open the rest of the flight and had no issue.  If I have time I'll look to see if that navigraph "no chart, but long range" stuff makes it freeze up again.     (Pics are of pre departure and then chasing my buddy down in his lear 35.)

    • What kind of control signal are you using for the throttle ?  Is this an axis or a contact (button) How is it assigned in the simulator ? (Screenshot of the controls bindings are welcome)
    • Good day I just downloaded the CRJ for Xbox X and I am using the Xbox controller. It MOSTLY works, except for a couple of  issues: 1 I cannot get the throttle to go past the idle indent to shut off the engines. 2. The calibration page does not seem to recognize the controller? 3. While using the HUD display on either the external or cockpit view, the engine gauge does not show any values…ie percentage of engine rpm etc. Any suggestions? Thanks
    • First off, make sure you are flying from the proper side. I fly from the captain's side so make sure the "arrow" on the PFD is pointing Left, then make sure you have the ILS tuned in. I do this on both sides and ensure that CDU is MAN settings. As you near the intercept, change the NAV source to LOC1 or 2 depending which side you are flying on. This is done by turning the Nav source knob "inboard." The side active may be initially be red, but should turn to green. If it's yellow, that is not the active side. Once captured press the Approach button.  Remember to set the CRS as well.   If you are on Discord, join this server. The guy that runs that page is a real world CRJ pilot and streams a lot of videos.  https://discord.gg/q3GyyFQw   Watch his tutorial here:
