pecheur5500 8
Hi! I can change the TCAS mode STBY to TA/RA in the plane but it doesn't have any effect on TCAS mode in IVAO... it will be solved? Thank you.

KyleD 1027
It should work in IVAO, testers and users use the Extended on IVAO, VATSIM, and FSX direct connect all the time. What version do you have installed and have you tried an uninstall and reinstall as administrator?
Airbus339 129
It's not the AXE TCAS that doesn't work. If you switch the TA/RA button on the AXE for example, TA/RA button on the IVAP TCAS doesn't move

The TCAS is independent of the IVAO one, so that switch is for OUR AXE TCAS, not IVAO TCAS.

However, It will be a really cool feature for this add, as many of us flight inside this kind of netoworks. Thank you
Ivek 4
http://forum.aerosof...ivao-supported/ I asked but I am still waiting. My friend Tino made a LUA script, You can try if you have full FSUIPC license. Phil Reynolds 13
Hi Joshua, Why should they turn the IVAO one? The TCAS is independent of the IVAO one, so that switch is for OUR AXE TCAS, not IVAO TCAS. Both IVAO and Vatsim code their software so that third party developers can "sync" the aircraft's TCAS switch (and ident button) using FS offsets. It adds to the realism when flying online so the pilot doesn't have to switch the TCAS to TA/RA in the cockpit and then also have to open the IVAO software up and switch the TCAS to TA/RA there as well. Many 3rd party aircraft designers do this. The details for the IVAO offsets can be found here : http://www.ivao.aero/softdev/ivap/fsuipc_sdk.asp It would be a nice feature for the online flyers among us Phil

I think Mathijs is clear about that in that other thread. However, if we are able to set the transponders using another method than FSUIPC (and easy to support) we will add it in. alias93 3
I know that Ivao now use simconncet I don't know if it is for inject the traffic or for the TCAS and this kind of stuff. But I think it will be ease to find an offset with simconnect

If you switch the TA/RA button on the AXE for example, TA/RA button on the IVAP TCAS doesn't move It's that! When i change numbers, it works. The traffic appears. But the switch button to TA/RA isn't connected to the same button on IVAO panel, when i move it in the plane, it doesn't move in IVAO panel... But it works with my other planes

Flyer360 5
Hi all, I have a problem with the traffic shown on the ND when flying online (IVAO): The problem is shown on the picture below. You can see the crossing traffic 6000ft below me through the window and on the IVAO-TCAS as well. But the traffic is not shown on the Airbus ND. Why not? http://imageshack.us...8174141977.jpg/ The problem can not be the vertical seperation of 6000ft because in the real Airbus traffic, even with more than 6000ft vertical seperation, is shown (see 2nd picture). Is this a fault of the codec or do I have to change any settings? Thanks for help!
Patrick1246 353
Niko, The altitude range settings are:ABOVE selection displays relative altitude reporting traffic from 2700 feet below to 7000 feet above airplane altitude.N (Normal) selection displays altitude reporting traffic from 2700 feet below to 2700 feet above airplane altitude.BELOW selection displays altitude reporting traffic from 7000 feet below to 2700 feet above airplane altitude

Flyer360 5
In addition just one thing : When I get a Traffic Advisory, the traffic is shown on the ND. So far so good, but when the traffic keeps on moving towards me and the TCAS gives a Resolution Advisory (e. g. climb!climb!) the red and green stripes on the vertical speed indicator are missing. In the real A320 you have this stripes to show which vertical speed up/down is needed to avoid the collision. Are you going to fix this?
