onlinetk 0
Ich habe mit dem A318/A319 (egal welches Paint) im VC folgende Frames: P3D V3 Standard Bonanza Carenado ohne Addons 40FPS P3D V3 Standard Bonanza Carenado mit IBIZA Evolution aktuelle Version 30-40FPS A318/A318 ohne Addons 20FPS im Cold and Dark VC, bei laufenden Systemen nur noch 10-15FPS, teilweise beim Taxi nur noch 9-12FPS Mein System: Core2Quad Q9550 @2,83Ghz 6GB DDR2 800 GTX480 Samsung 840 EVO 120GB (Partition 1 System, Partition 2 P3D V3) Systemeinstellung in P3D sind AA 2x, AF 2x, kein VSYNC, Autogen, Effektdetails etc. alles auf min. bzw. sogar aus. Alle Schatten aus, Wetter Details Low. Folgender Eintrag in der AB_ND_GDI.ini um den Wetter Radar abzuschalten war erfolglos: [WXRadar] WXBackgroundScan=0 //Remark: Some WX data are normally required to be scanned in background even when WX Radar is switched off. // Due to performance reasons on some customersystems currently the user can select between following background scanning modes: 0 = COMPLETE OFF (best frame rates), 1 = LIMITED SCAN, 2 = FULL SCAN (normal status). As long as WX Radar is switched on, this parameter has no affect! This parameter is allowed to be changed at runtime (just change this parameter in INI file and safe it) //WXBackgroundScanProto=1 //Remark: In order to support further info for development the user can switch on some extra proto function here (also allowed to be changed Ich weis ja das der Ressourcen fressend ist, aber die Version 1.30 lief im FSX immer mit 20-30FPS stabil. Gibt es da einen anderen Lösungsansatz?

onlinetk 0
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted November 11, 2015 Aerosoft Share Posted November 11, 2015 Both the Airbus and P3D v3 love modern fast CPU's and your bottleneck really is there. The more cores and the more Mhz the better. And even in P3d V3 the framerate limiter is bad and buggy. We only advise it to stabilize FPS when you get at least 40 fps. In any other occasion I am convinced just setting it to unlimited is best. I attach an image I just made myself. It's running P3d V3 on a large screen totally smooth at 48 fps. Rick24 15

Yes, but dropping down to a fast (or overclocked) i5 is a lot cheaper and still will give good results. It's a great thing that with P3d V3 you can literally 'buy' the frames you want. With FSX your investment in faster hardware is not nearly as efficient. If you want more fps in P3d V3 you know it is just a trip to the shop away. onlinetk 0
Hallo Mathijs, thanks for your answer. Iknow the more modern CPU`s, the better. My FPS limiter is unlimeted. I`ver wondered about the big differenz between Carenado addons and the A318/A319 FPS. The A318 FPS in Cold and Dark mode with outsideviews are very good (35-45FPS), whenever i changed to virtual cockpit view the FPS fall till 20-25 FPS in cold and dark. With switched systems, down till 10-15FPS. That`s extreme differenz. I`ve logged my CPU load on all 4 cores while i`ve used the A318. You`re right, the load from 2 cores are 80-100% and the second 2 cores load 50-60%. I thought of P3DV3 and the A318/A319 is not so great CPU burner across from the FSX or the P3 default Carenado aircraft ;-).
Christian Wopp 172
