  2. Currently, we are receiving many inquiries regarding pre-orders. No surprise that the most frequent question is when you can expect the Honeycomb - Bravo Throttle Quadrant. 1. When can you expect your Aerosoft order? In your customer account you can find your expected delivery date. If something changes, we´ll let you know and update the date inside your account. Please note that the product is available for pre-order since December 2018 and we have to work with high demand. Thereby we proceed of course in accordance with "first in first out". In addition, we of course fulfill our obligation to supply the entire European market, which means that besides Aerosoft customers also wholesalers and stores receive the Bravo Throttle from Aerosoft. 2. When can you expect your order from another shop in the UK (for example Amazon UK)? I would like to mention that we do not ship to retailers in the UK directly. Our business partner (also located in the UK) is responsible for retail and for example Amazon UK. The first shipment arrived in Germany a few days before Christmas, which means that it was impossible to send something to the UK (retail) before Christmas, because we do not ship packages with UPS. We need our own pickup to ship the Bravo Throttle to the UK. Between Christmas and New Year, a lot of companies and warehouses were closed, so we were forced to wait again. We expect the product in stock in the UK this January. Please note that neither Aerosoft nor our business partner can tell you when your order will be dispatched. We don't have that information and we are not allowed to speak for another company. According to my information, you should have recently received a new delivery date from your contract partner. 3. When can you expect your order from another European shop? As soon as we have further information, we will pass it on to the distributor when he is affected by the upcoming batch. Again, please understand that we are not allowed or even able to provide any information about other stores. We have some impact on the quantity, but not what and who will be supplied with this quantity in the end. If you want to be sure, talk to the respective store directly, because only they can tell you what they expect. Rumors like we would favor our own customers are hitting me personally awfully hard. This is simply not true and not fair! We cannot be blamed for Corona and delays. Of course, we have shipped a lot of Aerosoft pre-orders, but only orders placed until early August 2020. In january we expect another delivery, from which not even 10% will be shipped to Aerosoft customers. With the 10% stock, only orders from the month August 2020 will be shipped. That does not make sense if we prioritize our own customers, does it? We still have the Throttle in stock, but they are not meant for Aerosoft customers, they are intended for retailers and probably you! I hope that explains a lot. I know no one wants to hear it over and over, but unfortunately, in the end it is Covid19 responsible for the delays and delivery bottlenecks. We hope for your understanding.   3. First of all, I would like to wish you a happy new year! Over the holidays we received a lot of emails and questions - some questions were asked several times, which is why I am going to answer the questions below: 1. Brexit - Does Aerosoft make changes that affect me as a customer from the UK? Of course, we at Aerosoft do not change anything! Note that the pricing will be different for you (excluding VAT) and additional taxes need to be paid at customs. UPS has not informed us regarding shipping costs. We cannot say whether anything will change here. As soon as we have more information we’ll inform you here. 2. Thrustmaster "TCA" products (only referring to the TCA Throttle Quadrant and the TCA Officer Pack) Unfortunately, we also had to postpone the delivery date mid-December for the pre-orders. At the moment we do not have a new ETA for you, we can only apologize for the delay. I promise we'll keep you informed as soon as we have some further information from the manufacturer. 3. My order with DHL International is stocked in Frankfurt We are aware of the delay and we are in contact with DHL. Sadly, this is also a result of Covid19. Please note that we cannot investigate or start a runtime complaint after one or two weeks. For sure we are doing our best to solve the issue asap. 4. VAT change in Germany (16% -> 19%) As you might know, the German government has removed the VAT after the reduction in July 2020. In fact, you won't notice a lot, expect that the prices look a little bit better. Let us be honest 8,37€ was not a beautiful price. However, we promised that our customers have an advantage from the VAT reduction, and you were able to do so. Pre-orders with the old VAT (16%) keep their validity and of course the reduced price! Perhaps one of your questions has been answered here as well and I have saved you from writing an email. Btw. I intend to list the most frequently asked questions once a month.   8. Hi there, Due to Corona the German government has changed the VAT from 19% to 16%. Therefore you don´t have to pay the 19% as well and we´ve refunded the 3%. Greetings, Marius

  11. You´re welcome, Neil. I think currently you have to ask Aerosoft, because the Throttle is still with us and not with our business partner. We have no chance to ship it before Christmas, due to the high demand and Covid19. Between Christmas and New Year a lot of companies and warehouses are closed, so another delay due to the holidays. And now we are talking about New Year and the upcoming Brexit. I would really love to give you accurate details about your shipment, but it´s simply not possible.   12. This is not true, but it is way faster to ship to customers (aerosoft customers) directly. We´ll start shipping today to business customers as well. In the first place we do not ship to Amazon UK directly. Our business partner (also located in the UK) is responsible for Amazon and the retail in the UK.

  14. Hallo, das ist leider ganz normal. DHL hat es am Freitag nicht geschafft alle Pakete mitzunehmen. Die meisten Pakete, die mit DHL versendet werden, werden heute abgeholt. Gruß Marius

  21. When you use credit card, PayPal, Klarna or IDEAL you unfortunately get charged immediately. I would recommend prepayment (aka payment in advance by bank transfer / Vorkasse). You don´t have to pay directly after the checkout and you will receive an email one week before the delivery. I have to mention that we cannot guarantee a delivery without the payment, due to the high demand, so make sure the payment is a few days before the delivery with us. Greetings, Marius
