Du kannst auch eine AMD nehmen, die Nvidia war nur ein Beispiel für die Leistungsklasse.
Ansonsten mal hier ein bisschen stöbern. Deine Frage kommt in regelmäßigen Abständen.

Click on "Contact support" in the upright corner and then on "Show logfile". It will open in your editor. Now you can search for any download errors, giving you a hint what happened. Or you save the logfile, open a ticket at Aerosoft and send them the logfile.

In case you bought it directly from the Aerosoft store you should find it in your Aerosoft shop account. Did you get an order confirmation from Aerosoft? May be the payment didnt went through.

The productpage on both shops clearly states that it is only compatible up to P3Dv3. There was a huge step from P3Dv3 to P3Dv4 with its 64bit architecture.
It has not been tested on versions higher than v3, and therefore it might work or not. But check if there are other products interfering with this scenery. Give it the highest possible position in the library and check again.

Auch im Shopaccount gibt es bei den gekauften Produkten einen Link zu AerosoftONE, sofern das entsprechende Produkt über AerosoftONE installiert wird.

Wann MS updates zur Verfügung stellt, ist ausschließlich unter deren Kontrolle. Aerosoft hat da leider Null Einfluss darauf. Das kann Stunden, Tage, Monate oder Jahrhunderte dauern.
Ein Übertrag nach Aerosoft One ist aus diversen Gründen nicht möglich.

Sobald es ein offizielles Update von Aerosoft gibt, wird dieses auch Microsoft zur Verfügung gestellt. Wann dieses Update dann im Marketplace erscheint kann niemend beantworten, und Aerosoft hat darauf auch leider keinen Einfluss.
