Nabend. So wie ich das verstehe, wurde zumindest Genoa X veröffentlicht im November 2016.   Nativ erstellt sein kann Genoa X demnach nur auf p3dv3 (oder älter). Denn p3dv4 wurde erst veröffentlicht im Mai 2017, woher ich das bloß weiß....   Um es kurz zu machen, Ich wäre SEHR vorsichtig, eine software aus 2016  auf eine simulator plattform aus April 2020 (p3dv5) zu montieren.   Nicht nur wegen der komplett unterschiedlichen Bit Struktur (32 bit bei p3dv3 vs 64 bit bei p3dv5).   Wenn Du mich fragst: Nein, nicht verwendbar, p3dv3 und p3dv5 sind absolut inkompatibel zueinander.   Grüße.

When I was a newbie here on this platform, I also thought... och, topics who are older than a week shouldn't be continued.   Now, (almost) 15 years later, I'm not so sure.   Flightsimmer, I understand that you use Win11 . And until today I haven't seen yet one man who has tried fsx and Win11 together.   Let's make sure that we all talk about the same thing: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Flight_Simulator#Flight_Simulator_X   Obviously published in October 2006. By then even me was not a member here. And I am rather a pretty old guy...   So, you try to use an almost 20 year old flight simulator (which is fsx) together with Win11 . That's brave.   Because I don't know one man who has ever tried something like that. And you?   PS: I can't really help you. I still own fsx on DVD, but not installed today, and I use Win10 instead of Win11 . ... And why don't you like p3d? Let me recommend p3dv4.5, at least together with Win10.  *smile* One last question. As all flight simulators reportedly are very hungry for strong or very strong hardware, what video card do you use (type and vram)?   Let me know yours, and I'll tell you mine.

Danke nochmal für die Info, Heinz.   Aber so aktuell kann der Installer nicht sein.   Die Version, die ich durch Nutzung des Link erhalte ist die V5.1.1.1   Meine Version 5.2.0.2, wurde sofort nach Erscheinen vom Markt genommen.   Wie dem auch sei, an der Installer Version scheint das Problem des Users nicht zu liegen.

Hallo, ich habe die gleiche Kombi. Und eigentlich nutze ich Linux schon seit Jahren, aber bei Ortho4XP habe ich keinen Ansatzpunkt, wie ich es installiert bzw. ausgeführt bekomme.  Wäre für Hilfestellungen sehr dankbar! Beste Grüße, Michael

The answer is deceptively simple. A new sim launched, and they did the bare minimum to make the aircraft compatible with the sim so they can cash in on new customers.   It's all about $ and quality comes after (if ever). There's 0 other reason an update for a plane that has been stagnant for over 2 1/2 years would have virtually no operational improvement over its last update. They were purely focused on getting it in the 2024 marketplace.

I also found this and also the ground textures areslowly 'popping'. I did a taxi from gate 258 to runway 24L.

Moin zurück und herzlich willkommen.   Du wirst verstehen, daß die Angaben für eine Fehlerananlyse sehr dürftig sind, deshalb ist es stets ratsam, die Datei LOG.txt mit zuposten.   Diese Datei findest du im Hauptverzeichnis von Xplane.   Weiterhin schickst du bitte einmal die Scenery_Pack Ini Datei mit, diese findest du in dem Ordner Custom Scenery.     Ein Ladefehler könnte auftreten, wenn die Festplattenkapazität zu gering ist.
