Gregory 25
Hi, Right now I have a Saitek Pro Flight yoke, rudder pedals and extra throttle set up. I also have a X-52 joy stick that I use on the Airbus on the right side. Is there a good joystick to use with your left hand? The X-52 does not feel right when using it on the left side and I don't use it's throttle. Just like to know what people use when flying their Airbus. Rafal Haczek 1612
When I fly an airbus, I use Logitech ATK3. Perfect for both hands, I guess. As for throttles, I use self-modifed CHTQ (part of my modest home cockpit). So it is independent on the stick.
Emi 5161
I use a modified Logitach Extreme 3D Pro. Check out Routech.ro for the Sidestick itself! Mounting it on the base is easy and done in half an hour. Compared with those other sidesticks available on the market this is really a cheap solution! The Extreme 3D pro is a soft joystick or it is hard enough ? As iuse the X52 and it is really too soft it moves too eaily..

It's a harder one, actually the hardest I found without having to spend over a hundret bucks. It's not as hard as the real Airbus sidestick, but I think there is about nothing for flight simulation below 1000€ that gets really close to the real Airbus. GlennChambers 1
I use Saitek X55 which was quite expensive but well worth it once you get it programmed and mapped correctly.
Gregory 25
The thrust master looks interesting, the hand rests can be moved to the left side.
Ozgur 0
I'm using Logitech ATK3 too with left hand. I think it is a good option.
kgalagadi 0
Thrustmaster T-16000M Flight Stick? Anyone have one? Yep, bought it some months ago because of the same reason. Nice sidestick, good to be used with your left hand, but very poor thrust lever. The annoying green light can be "disabled" permanently by cutting of one wire (google the problem). So I would really suggest to use it only with dedicated thrust levers.
G Sproson 23
One more here with the Logitech ATK3, had it for going on 8 years (only used as a side stick and briefly for the first DOOM game) and still feels solid as the day I bought it. Many Thanks I'm using a Saitek throttle. Still looking for some throttle levers like these which I could mount on them to make it look a bit more realistic and feel better, but so far no solution. LionAir 5
Emi, You write that you use the Saitek Throttle (Quadrant?). Can you tell me how to install/program these for the Airbus? In the meantime I have tried ton's of possibilities and advices from other users but I can not get them working. I would be very thankfull when you can described from the beginning how to work these throttles with the Airbus The only thing thats work is the reverse thrust (done by FSUIPC with 2 levers) (And yes, I have read the manual many times but without any luck) BTW - I have P3D v2.4 but I do not know if this makes any difference..... many thanks in advance
