Hello SEVETLN,

Seems like your WebSimBrowser folder did not install correctly. Could you check the Prepar3D v4 folder and see if there is WebSimBrowser folder there. If not please reinstall the aircraft and if it's still not there, let me know.

Ahhhhhh, not the first time I seen software bomb on that.

If the developer of the EFB module can't solve that, we probably can move the folder to another location.

Hello xelement,

It seems like your A330 is installed in your OneDrive Documents folder. I would highly advise you to uninstall the A330 and install it to the Documents that is located on your Windows installation and not in the OneDrive folder.

The problem is that your Documents folder is linked to OneDrive. You have to unkink it. How to do so, you can find on the web.

I previously had OneDrive blocked and deleted. The installer still writes this way. And updating the version 1001 did not help.

Please open a command windows (enter "cmd" into the Windows start menu), type in SET and press ENTER.

Take a screenshot (or several) and post it (them) here to show us the entire result of this command.

Can you show us the entire result please, not just the tail of it?

OneDrive has been turned off  (Screenshot2) but the installer puts it in OneDrive and the folder appears again although it is disabled in the system

Gents, really, if you do not have your documents linked to OnDrive all will be well. We have tens of thousands of customers using the same installer.

Again, if you have a high ascii character in your path to your documents we can solve it. If not there is an issue with the standard path to your document fiolder that we can not solve.
