Recently we have seen a lot of codes used to unlock our products being offered for discounted prices. Almost all of them are bought using stolen credit cards. These codes will all be blocked by our systems and you will have to try to get your money back from the seller, we are unable to assist in these matters. Do be very careful when you see a deal that is almost too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

How to get professional version upgrade service

Hi

I have  Aerosoft - Mega Airport Barcelona X , 

           Aerosoft - German Airports 3 - 2012 (Hamburg)   download version ...purchased 2015 

 

These are upgrade service provided ..

But when i input serial key on the checkout procedure, 

message shows no longer valid key...

 

I submit a request about this issue with sharing my serial key...

 

the answer is as below..

  “Aerosoft - German Airports 3 - 2012” (DVD/BOX-Version)
· “Aerosoft - German Airports 3 - 2012 (Hamburg)”  (Download-Version)

Was there a special version except upper list?  do i have a special version?  dosen't make sense..

 

have you ever experienced like this situation ?

Both Products should be able to get the Upgrade reduction. When you have the single Hamburg Airport 2012 and your Order was in 2015 should be also be upgradable.

 

Please take care, when you cut-and-paste the serial into the Coupon field, that there are no hidden characters left, like tab's or spaces.

Mr Kim, you have replied a few hours ago to a question for more information (also done today) in your support ticket. I suggest you wait for the answer to that before starting a new discussion on the forum.

 Yes, I did copy and paste over and over but failed..

 

 even i shared my serial key to the support service

About 23 hours has passed since he replied and no more response until now ...

Waiting! You seem to forget that you opened your support ticket at Christmas, where most of the companies in the EU are closed.

Mr Kim, I notice you have order "German Airports - Hamburg professional" with an update price already

(Order 1106829  19/12/2017)

 

The order of "Mega Airport Barcelona professional" is already done but still not closed...so the update key is blocked.
