Usually in my experience the best thing is to always buy a product from as close to its source as possible in order to receive quick updates etc.
ppo 2
I have downloaded from Aerosoft site minutes ago and have the runway, but the a/c is 31ft above the ground. If I slew to the side of the afcad, the a/c touches the ground at 17ft. I have that scenery at top priority. Disabled FTX NOR ENSH afx and cvx but still 31ft above the ground. ppo 2
All is fine in FSX. Problem lies in P3DV3. It must be a security thing. When I loaded FSX, I was asked to confirm the new Sode module, confirmed and all is ok. But P3Dv3 is different. Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted December 10, 2015 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted December 10, 2015 Pierre, to be honest, I have no clue what's wrong on your side. On my P3Dv3 it works perfectly and my log looks like yours... A dev will have to take a look on it.
Mrd607 0
Same problem, aircraft is floating in the air. Static aircraft should also been a option in the config tool..
arildn 0
Check your scenery\world catalog and see if you have this file -> ensh_apx_ALT.bgl Just rename it (ensh_apx_ALT.bgl.org) and you should be fine....I have P3D v3....you may need to restart P3D... WebMaximus 320
And what about static aircraft in this scenery that was mentioned above, are you able to disable that feature? I'm thinking of buying this scenery but since I'm doing all my flying online I prefer to never have any static aircraft that can clash with online traffic. Not a 100% showstopper but would have been nice if you could choose if you want static aircraft or not. I personally think that option should always be there when static aircraft are included with a product/scenery. Think I'll hold off a bit with this one, at least until Aerosoft had the time to fully address the issue some of you guys discovered and it has been confirmed all is good. Developer Jo Erlend 2145 Posted December 10, 2015 Developer Share Posted December 10, 2015 "ensh_apx_ALT.bgl" has nothing to do with this scenery, so I assume this is a file from a different add-on also covering Svolvær. Some add-ons like mytraffic and FTX includes there own AFCADS, these has to be removed or else the scenery will not display properly.
