    To be quite frank, the only one who is constantly insulting others in here, is you Ulmel. As you indicated that you don't want to follow up anymore and have made it also perfectly clear that you consider all the help, suggestions and offers you got in here as worthless I am going to close this topic.     Hi aerosoft, I would just want to say thank you to all of you for listening to your beloved customers. Especially on the A330. Controls are much better and smooth. There are some tweaking that needs to be improved especially the autopilot still tends to bank aggressively and when established on the LOC it tends to move left and right even if the LOC is in the middle. These are just some problems i noticed, just to name a few. The tiller problem that ive been experiencing was already fixed. To more successful projects! Cheers and happy new year!

    I always chuckle when folks comment "I don't see the real value of PBR....what does it do?" Well....for one... it gives painters the ability to FINALLY replicate metal that is not "painted on" and reacts to the environment its in (reflects the ground, clouds, service vehicles, etc) and of course shows off the sun's glint like this: See the clouds reflecting off the bottom of the fuse? What PBR also allows painters to do is replicate painted metallic finishes like on Virgin.... There is a LOT of tweaking that needs to be done on no less than 2 texture maps and 4 color channels to replicate this effect....meaning that I may be tweaking it for forever to get it to look right LOL. The one drawback of the graphics engine in flightsim is that the transitions between light and dark happen very abruptly and are too stark in my opinion....meaning that I may never get this effect to look good in all lighting situations....like it may look great with the sun glinting on it...but when its in the shade...it may look a tad dark. With PBR...we can now control the shadow effect quite nicely, however it is a static adjustment that, once again.....is at the mercy of the graphics engine. We'll see if I can come up with a median solution that both shows off that marvelous flecked paint effect in the sun and is not too dark on the other side. This is taking painting to the next level...with PBR...gone is the limitation of flat-nonreflective effects.

    I added a lot of detail to this paint.... Painted A330-300 under the nose cone and the last letters of the reg (KF) above the cockpit. The cockpit frame is not painted (On KLM it's not...on others it is...)...I also added a special effect to the metallic maps so the frame actually looks metallic when the light hits it correctly. The red paint extends down the panel line on the "No Tow" paint on the nose gear door. The sensor has a gray/metallic color inside the red The array of sensors near the bottom...on KLM...has an extra set of "seal before washing" brackets The rain gutters are 3d on this plane...thus have corresponding 3d parts on the 2d map that have to be painted...1st you gotta find them on the map hehe...then remember to paint them. They stick out like sore thumbs when you have a non-white top fuse. You'd be surprised how many paints are missing this detail. To install this aircraft, copy the following text into your 'aircraft.cfg', inside the folder 'SimObjects\Airplanes\Aerosoft A333 RR Professional'.     I see you like large, stinky dead fish too! LOL! I understand you posted that on a reactionary manner born of frustration, and you may not have yet read my recent post. Of course what you suggest would not make sense, as people with identical systems get different frame rates for at least a few hundred reasons I know of, most of them for bad reasons. The most accurate way is to list ythe minimum hardware requirements. We're not trying to be difficult, we are simply being honest with you my friend. My very best wishes to you.

    Just wanted to let you know that I logged into SimBrief ,generated a flight plan and entered it into the A330 MCDU (KRDU - KSEA) Although I still need to learn how to fine tune some of the way points, this time the flight routed as planned. Just to let you know though, in order to unlock the 1903 flight planning on SimBrief, I had to log on into Navigraph... Again, thank you kindly!!!

    Ok, you never have conditions with and FPS drop in your System below 18?, not even for 2-3 seconds - not when you arrive in an Hub like EGLL, EDDF, KJFT, KSFO??? - with an Payware scenery? Nice, can I have your system?, It's an dream for every simmer to have no stutters. I'll post in the AVSIM Forum and the AIG Forum that your A330 is not really compatible with AI. Because with some AI, you have some loading, some stutters and you crash with your professional Airbus. Can I get an refund?

    Okay, happy to hear this! As a hunch, I performed a test flight earlier today with the calculated trim at 2.8 and I purposely set the takeoff trim at 6+. After takeoff, the FMGS commanded a automatic trim (down to 2.8) and the aircraft behaved exactly as you described. It actually shouldn't have hit AFloor, but it's a sim and we're asking it to do things incorrectly so it did.... lol. I've seen commerical sims do similar things. Anyway, I'm happy you're not able to repeat this. Best wishes!

    I have the same issue with the door. I have tried four times today and it is hit or miss with the results. My versions, and my process steps are outlined below: P3D v4.5 SP2; A330 1.0.0.5 1. Started P3D; load aircraft (Delta models) and airport. 2. Aircraft loads up in Aerosoft default turn-around state. The outside doors are open in this state. 3. Using MCDU3, I load the cold and dark state. Door 1L is the only one open. 4. I set up mu fuel and payload using the A3XX FuelPlanner. 5. Using MCDU3, I init the loadsheet, then select Instant load 6. I go to the checklist and turn it and the copilot on. 7. Pilot and copilot start going through the checklist. I start to get the FMC programmed once the ADIRS is turned on. 8. Checklist finishes and info bar flashes, alertig me to close the door. 9. I finish the FMC programming, then close the door. 10. Checklist completly stops and will not move forward. Does not recognize door closing. As I said in the beginning, it is hit or miss. During the four times I tried today, three times the checklist stopped when it got to step 9 above. During one of the flights, I even had the GSX services turned off in the ground services section of MCDU3. The *only* thing that may play into this is sometimes I turn on the KEYB INPUT ON to enter FMC items, and then turn it off. I cannot, however, recall if the checklist freeze is because of that fact. I am not new to Aerosoft Airbus series or GSX. This is just the most baffling thing to me. Best regards. Todd

    Really? This is your answer? The FSLabs is quite more FPS heavy than the Aerosoft (which is good for Aerosoft). They are working all (I've a lot of Payware Aircraft - PMDG - Majestic - Qualtiywings - Carenado - FSLABS -...), only the Aerosoft not. I don't use the sim since yesterday! That's are the answers I really hate - and I'm quite happy that I don't purchase a lot of Aerosoft Products when I read anwers like these from Aerosoft Deputys. That's the nature how Customers react - stop buying. Then you need to write in the System requirements: Not compatible with normal or heavy AI (over 20 aircraft loading at one time). So back to my Support request. Please look what's happen with the A330 - other ones (even like your CRJ professional) are working.
