Today i saw à New honeycomb product, 30€ is à good price, but to deliver it in France you ask 16€. What is the reason?

Because all the various parcel services are asking for such a price? Checking services like DHL, Hermes, GLS, UPS etc. they all asking for something between 12 and 20 Euro.

In the case of à little product like plastic item why dont use deutsche post?

I bought item from alternate.DE and never paid the twice of the item for delivery...

Because Deutsche Post is only a letter delivery service. Their parcel service is DHL.

I'll ask somebody from sales to reply.

This is correct.

We are working with DHL (within Germany), UPS (outside of Germany and express service) and Deutsche Post.

With Deutsche Post we are not able to ship packages, just letters and packages which have a certain size such as dvd boxes.
