henry23 4
I have a problem with the updater in that it will not recognise MSFS 2020. When I run it I am met with add-on.xml folder does not exist. It used to work but something has gone wrong. Your help will be much appreciated, thankyou.
henry23 4
Just to add a little more, this is what updater actually says : F:\MSFS 2020\community\add-on.xml folder does not exist! *** This product will be ignored! ***
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted May 31, 2021 Aerosoft Share Posted May 31, 2021 And is that file indeed missing?

Muffo 9
I had the same problem, but when I installed CRJ 1.0.3, I solved it.
henry23 4
I am still getting nowhere with the updater (1.6.0.1) which, of course, it means that I cannot update to the latest version of the CRJ.
azareal 0
Good Afternoon, Unfortunately, despite my efforts I am unable to update the CRJ for MSFS using ASUpdater. I went through existing topics (concerning the ASUpdater issues) and disabled Microsoft Defender & Firewall (no third party AV, I had a Malwarebytes few months ago but got rid off it (including their Support Tool to clean up the registry)). MSFS copy I use was obtained via Gamepass subscription, while CRJ is sourced from Aerosoft Shop. I have also reinstalled the MSFS (root cause was issue with Microsoft Store, but this is another story), but it didn't help. I will be grateful for help - I am still flying with 1.03 (with double throttle setting to override the earlier issues) ASUpdater obtained together with CRJ installation from Aerosoft Shop has completely blank window which shuts down after few seconds. I am using version: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!-- DO NOT MODIFY THIS FILE! --> <ASUpdater Installed="1.6.0.1"/> App Log: New Log started: piątek, 4 czerwca 2021 Retrieving Resource Dictionary Culture: pl-PL Selected source: ..\Resources\StringResources.xaml Dictionary merged Loading URIs LoadURIs: Create path LoadURIs: Reading server URIs LoadURIs: Server EU done LoadURIs: Server World done URIs loaded Loading configurations Configurations loaded Only regular updates are available for installation Before CheckUpdaterUpdates() Update found. azareal 0
Sure It is quite short: H:\fs Please login to display this image. Edit: I just had an idea - maybe it is related to directory of GamePass copy which is kind of bizarre. Please login to display this image.
DJBOBO 0
I also cannot update CRJ and AS Paderborn-Lioostadt Airport. Aerosoft Updater does not see any installed Aerosoft product for MSFS.
