  1. does Mega Airport Madrid X also turn under Windows 7 ?

    Eric

    Hey Eric, you've got the right place and yes it should be fine. The two suggestions I would make is that you have Windows User Account Control settings (UAC) turned off, and that you run the installer as an administrator! That should definitely alleviate most issues that users run into when installing sceneries.

  2. Also just double-triple check that you are installing with full admin rights within Windows as well as in your FSX main folder and fsx.exe as Herman suggested, including as well as having the Windows UAC turned off. Otherwise, just hang in there guys, I'm sure this will be worked out very soon.

  3. Hello I want to exit a doubt the panel will have version 2D and 3D will have some key where you can use only the fmc as wilcopub

    The only 2d panel so far for the Airbus X Extended is the MCDU. Keep in mind this is still a work in progress and in beta.

    All of that info can be found in the dedicated preview of unreleased products forum for the Airbus X Extended found here: http://forum.aerosof.../page__st__2760

    There is also a new FAQ section about the Airbus X Extended here: http://forum.aerosof.../forum/518-faq/

  4. Why is it ok for the other links?

    Because they are from a public source. If you indeed have a paid account with Jeppessen then Otto is correct, you best make sure you have permission to share those charts publicly.

  5. With FSX running with the NGX loaded and parked at the gate of an AES enabled airport, window FSX (in other words not full screen). Open the AES control panel, which should be on your desktop. Click on "Set Aircraft Parameters", and click the button that says "Repair for Push". Click "Save Aircraft" and close the AES control panel and go back to FSX. Should be good to go.

  6. I'm using keyboard as i dont have joystick.

    You need to have a joystick with a throttle axis to operate the thrust levers. It is listed as a System Requirement here on the product page: http://www.aerosoft....211018280,11177

    System requirements:

    Microsoft Flight Simulator X (SP2, Acceleration or Gold Edition)

    Windows XP / Vista (32Bit or 64Bit) / Windows 7 with the latest Service Packs

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 + SP1 Redistributable Package

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 + SP1 Redistributable Package

    Intel Core 2 Duo CPU (2x 2666Mhz) or equivalent (Core 2 Quad CPU recommended)

    2 GB RAM

    DX9 Graphic Card with at least 256 MB (512 MB highly recommended)

    Mouse with mouse wheel

    Joystick with throttle (The systems expect the default FSX throttle axis to be used)

    Download-Size: 240 MB

    Installations-Size: 500 MB

  7. I cannot increase thrust! Each time i tried to increase thrust, the throttle just kept bringing back to idle position. Anyone, please please help me as i would like to enjoy airbus x!

    Are you using a throttle axis or are you trying with your keyboard?

  8. Thanks guys! We have enjoyed every bit of this and I am sure that you will too!

    Regarding the ships: That second ship there has just arrived and will be ready to depart Heraklion in the next 4 hours ;)

    Unfortunately FS doesn't like docking them with the bow cargo door facing the harbour.

    Hmmmm, does this mean I'LL be departing Heraklion in the next 4 hours?!?!? :D

  9. All of the .bgl's are in the Main FSX folder/Aerosoft/VaernesX_D folder.

    I would make sure that the reader is FSX compatible. They may also have it set to where you can't edit it, I know of course you can't redistribute, but now we're getting beyond my knowledge of the matter.

  10. I installed v2.23a twice, but Philadelphia won't show up in the list of installed airports. In fact, it won't even show up in the airport list at all. How can that be?

    Stefan

    Depends on which platform you are talking about.

    FSX- not done yet if I'm not mistaken, coming with release of 2.24

    FS9- If it isn't showing up then yes, it's an issue
