Place an order with the payment method "payment in advance via bank transfer" so you do not get charged during the checkout.   13. What a tough week! Sorry for reporting so late, but here we go. With snow, rain and 0 degrees the container arrived in Paderborn and has been handled in record time. So far, all orders that were scheduled for this batch are ready to get picked up. Please understand that for some customers the tracking status does not change within 24 hours. It was simply impossible for DHL and UPS to pick up all the parcels today. Of course there are some special pickups planned for tomorrow. As you already thought, we could not ship all pre-orders, but we are very happy to be one step further again. Obviously, we also ship devices to distributors and stores. A very positive sign: Next Wednesday we expect that every customer with an order at Aerosoft about an Alpha Flight Controls has received or can expect delivery in the next few days. I am aware that most are waiting for a Bravo Throttle, but the fact that we are so far shows that it is moving on! I look forward to the day when every customer in Europe, whether from Aerosoft or other distributors, is allowed to hold a Bravo Throttle in their hands!   16. Actually it has been posted here few weeks ago and I had a call with my friends from Honeycomb a week earlier. So don't worry we are fully aware of the "Inventory Update". As soon as we realize that we are also affected, we will let the customers who have ordered from Aerosoft know that further delays are to be expected. Also EVERY distributor in the EU will be contacted by us to make sure that every single customer who has not ordered on aerosoft.com is informed as well. I mentioned it few times already, this is not true and not fair. If it looks like that from the customer's view I am sorry, but I can tell you that it is absolutely not the case. Greetings, Marius
  17. That is exactly our problem. Since the partial delivery at the beginning of February, we have not received a delivery, nor was our supplier able to give us a date.   21. Unfortunately, Aerosoft can't answer this question either. Of course every device Amazon receives is from our warehouse in Paderborn, but we don´t ship the stock directly to Amazon. Furthermore, we actually don´t know how many units Amazon receices from a single batch and how many pre-orders they have, which is why we are completely unable to provide further news. We are also not allowed to speak for another company. I think that in the end only Amazon can answer your question. I really hope you get your order soon! Greetings, Marius
