  1. Looks good. Problems with Orthos though. I'll post in support.
  2. What is the planned development tool for this sim? With the introduction of FSX the window of freeware development seemed to get smaller. Gmax is no longer supported by it's developer so my question is pretty much what is going to be the tool of choice? Obviously not everyone can afford 3DS Max so what are the choices. I remember the talk about FSXI not having gmax support. We all know that one of the things that made MSFS successful was all the freeware development. It was a sim for everyone, from people like me that constantly buy addons to younger folks that depend on freeware to enjoy the sim because they can't afford the addons.
  3. I don't have the Shockwave lights and I'm get dramatic fps loss with the huge papis in view. As soon as the papis disappear the fps go back up some. No papis=10fps, 1 papi=7.5fps, 2 papis=4.5fps.
  4. This screenshot was taken at 900ft AGL. This is the best that we can do. 900' AGL
  5. Yes, that is Mt. Rainier in the background. That is mostly Pierce County in the screenshot.
  6. Just a little something I've been working on. More to see here.
  7. But where are you flying it into?
  8. Great video as usual. Really makes you think.
  9. If the "maker" hand places the autogen/ 3D objects then they lie right on the pic where they are supposed to be. This pic is with autogen turned way down.
  10. Look at who I quoted. Not talking to you. I'm trying to explain to Algernon. Nice pics by the way.
  11. Megascenery doesn't add custom 3D building but does add the default ones back in so it's no worse than the default scenery except that you get the added benefit of seeing the world as it really is in the photo. Photoscenery has changed alot from FS2004 to FSX. I think you still have the FS2004 rules in your head.
  12. Let's not get greedy now.
