  1. Only one FMS can change an active flight plan at any time. If one FMS already has a MOD FPLN in progress, any attempt to edit or change the active flight plan from the other FMS shows the "XSIDE EDIT IN PROGRESS" message on the CDU scratchpad line. To get rid of this message you need to either EXECute your last input or CANCEL MODification (LSK 6L) on the associated CDU. If that does not work, you have found a bug ...

  3. Gentlemen, it has been acknowledged already a couple of days ago here in this very topic, that the problem with the Marketplace version has been identified and that it will be fixed by Asobo/Microsoft as soon as they are able to. There is nothing Aerosoft can do about it other than waiting for the fix, just like everyone else. Btw: 19 is the number of people who showed up here in the forum or at Aerosoft support. That of course says nothing about the real number of people having the problem.

  4. I have MSFS from the Microsoft Store and I have the ASCRJ from the MSFS Market Place. I DO NOT have any CTDs... And I am sure that there are plenty like me as well who just don't feel like putting a "works for me" up here. Usually do to frustrations that turns into a negative experience for the person sharing that comment.. We are also hearing about people putting Liveries on the PMDG DC-6 and those will CTD that plane.... But again... not for everyone... There is a "complicated" reproduction case here... I would like to clear up one point though @Mathijs Kok In other posts it has been made that you can NOT release updates in your alternate delivery systems until after it releases on the MSFS Market Place.... Is this information changing again and we will get updates ahead of the "approval to MP" if we go through the Aerosoft store? Not trying to stir the pot up just want to have a clear understanding as you have posted the opposite in the past... I also totally get that information can change.

  5. Thanks! I did indeed press the Cancel Mod LSK on the right FMS, but that did not make the yellow message disappear. I‘ll try again today - preferably on the ground, not like last time in the air and about to land…

  6. Sure, we'll provide the fix really soon.

  7. We are currently testing the installer. It was an extra round of betatesting necessary, to be sure that there are no problems with P3D 5.2

Gruß Helmut Hello Aerosoft, this bug in the Airbus A319 IAE is already known to Aerosoft since Feb/March. When will there finally be an update for the buses. We have been waiting for the Thrustmaster Airbus add-on for many months. Apparently Aerosoft concentrates only on FS2020 and has no time left for loyal P3D customers. no time left. Greetings Helmut

  9. That was the thread that got them switched from previous "wrong" implementation to what is though to be correct....BUT... they did not just reverse the Animation... there is also Data that is reversed... in the sim connect variables and thus under the hood it is still causing issues with vPilot and also sim vars.... Now they are backwards and there is no way to get it so that on vPilot you can transmit on COM2... And then I had more detail about all of the effects in this post..

  10. That seems you are asking us to move the sale from the Marketplace to our own system, even though we already paid Microsoft to handle the sale, distribution and updates. I am sorry but that is just not going to happen as we would take a serious loss on the sale. We would need to find a way to insert the sale intro our systems (and German privacy laws make that seriously hard), replace the file you have installed with ours (and convince Microsoft that that is a good idea), take over all updates etc. It would simply mean we lose on money on the sale even though we did nothing wrong. That is just not going to happen. We pay a solid royalty to Microsoft to handle the sales and updates, we have let them know several times there is an issue. They have let us know they are aware of the issue and will fix it as soon as possible. If you bought this in the marketplace, you have bought this from Microsoft. They are simply responsponsible for delivering a working product. We have seen this issue being send to us in support but that is just not our issue, the files we delivered are correct. You have to talk to MS about delivering a correct copy. In feel pretty shitty writing this as I hate to leave customers hanging. But moving these customers from Marketplace to our shop is really a big deal. From money to privacy, it is complex , time consuming and above anything else expensive. And that is assuming Microsoft will allow us to do it.

  11. Sure. But exactly what do you want us to do when the code we send to Asobo work on our release and not on the version distributed by Microsoft? As is 100% clear, the issue is not with what we provided. We fully understand the frustrations but we simply have absolutely no way of fixing it. We have seen this many times on Steam releases etc. The additional layers these shops put on things can cause issues. Issues in our code we can fix,. often in hours. Issues in DRM have to be fixed by platform. and take between hours and weeks. People overestimate the influence we have on that. If you are not happy, by all means lets us know. But other than our promise that we will let Asosbo know, we got no reply that will make you happy. Our friends at Asobo know about the issue and the moment they got time they will fix it. When you buy a product, you have to decide who you want to be responsible for providing the updates. If it is an Aerosoft product, for MSFS there are three choices. Aerosoft. our affiliated shops or the Flightsim Marketplace. The only only one we can offer guarantees for is our own shop. And that guarantee is that the the moment we have the update we will make it available on our own system and will send it to the other shops and Microsoft. When they make it available and if it works as we hope is simply out of our control. Where people buy depends on a lot of factors. Ease of use, already have an account, availability of updates, wanting to get the developers the best royalty etc. That's competition.

  12. Sounds like a well prepared plan and even being not involved in your kind of business (only as a customer) the explanations sound very logical and make sense. Looking forward to add the Twotter to my hangar!!! Regarding the price my personal point of view is that going with 25 bucks should lead to higher volumes compensating the "missing" 4 bucks by far. As said I'm not involved in your kind of business but somehow 25 feels MUCH better than 29 (I'll buy it anyway - even for 50) but if I'd see the Twotter in the Marketplace for 25 and it wouldn't be "my" type of aircraft, I'd give it a try whereas if it's close to 30 I'd hesitate and would do some more research and think if it's worth the money or not. It's just a personal feeling but 25 is way closer to my impulse buying threshold than 29. Might sound strange but that's it and listening to other gamers talking about other games as well, buying DLCs around 20 seems not such an issue whereas going beyond 25 is somehow blocking the "instant buy impulse". Not sure if that makes sense and if you have made some similar experiences / research results that underline my personal feelings. For me FS Addons are still very pricy (not saying they aren't worth the money) compared to DLCs in other games and seing many new people entering the flightsim market with MSFS, keeping the prizes at a certain level might lead to total different sale numbers than ever before in the flightsim industry. However I'm totally convinced that the Twin Otter for MSFS will continue to be a great success!

  13. A small bump, is there a fix for this issue? I think it can be resolved by changng the parking type from gate to ramp...

15. Before 1.0.3 you just had to bind extra events (I did this with my radio panel) So that you also changed sim connect under the hood for the transmitter.... The other way to switch to COM 2 as a transmit before was to turn on Both Rec in the cockpit and then you would Turn off Com 1 listen... That would have had the Sim Auto Switch the Transmit to number 2. If you then turned on COM1 it would still be transmitting in vPilot on Com2 and listening on Both.... (Note previously it was Pop out for ON... IN for Off which is where this came from .. In another thread some CRJ pilots pointed out that the Listen Button/Volume was backwards...Down is On/Listening and it looks like they changed more than just the "animation") Now it seems like with how they flipped the Data underneath ... the LVAR for UP is still a 1 and down is a zero ... They change the Simconnect values for com receive to also now follow the UP and down in that order.. but as I stated some of the other Variables like MSFS:COM1 VOLUME are now reversed and when the CRJ and vPilot are set to receive those are set to 0.... when the CRJ is set to Mute and vPilot shows not connected... the COM Volume is now at 250... Also I can no longer force some of the sim connect variables ... Same with the Transponder States... now that they added that to control Mode C it keeps it locked down... So I cant trick it with scripts... and thus only Transponder 1 will work now... But that is a separate thread to start up again...

  17. Just to confirm that if the knobs are pushed in/depressed, the channel is active. When not pressed in, the channel is not active, unless the transmit selector is set to that channel. Currently definitely functioning the wrong way around.

  18. I don't think that is what I said at all, and your reply is not what I would call taking a sympathetic approach. We all know this is for a very limited number of customers, 19 according to you. I am not asking you to take over the sales, I am not asking you to lose money, I am not asking you to break German privacy laws, I am not asking you to take over all future updates, I am not asking you to replace the file I have installed because I do not have a file installed because if I did the simulator would crash every time I tried to use it. We already paid for a product that we cannot use, presumably Aerosoft got some financial benefit from that purchase. Haven't you therefore got some obligation to us as indirect customers and whatever your fight is with Microsoft, you shouldn't take it out on us the little guys in the middle and there wasn't really any need to distort the simple suggestion that I put to you. Version 1.0.2 is a spent edition of the product cycle, long since paid for, with all of Aerosoft's expertise it would be a simple task to make a download available to the 19 of us, even make us sign a non-disclosure agreement, put an expiry date in the code, whatever is necessary to avoid compromising any contracts or laws, but you won't do that not because you can't but because you won't. You have the chance to fix this, to make the problem go away, to demonstrate what a great developer Aerosoft is and how it looks after its clients including indirect clients, instead this topic is becoming more and more public, all the major YouTube channels know about this issue, there are many, many posts on the Microsoft Forum and people are following Aerosoft's response. Aerosoft will be judged by its handling of this and its willingness to help. If what I were asking was impossible or costly, people would think the request unreasonable but if in their opinion it would be achieveable and for only 19 people and your choice is not to help, then how will Aerosoft look and how keen will people be to buy your next release. I know already what you will say you have said it enough already " I am sorry but that is just not going to happen", but I will leave you to have the last word.

  19. SO HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE ? THE TOPIC IS HOW TO USE TCA THROTTLE and not honey comb Throttle !!!!! How the heck i am going to find the nice bravo quadrant throtlle profile on FS controls page when I do not have one, since I have a TCA??????? And yes the TCA does only have to 100% throttle axis, not other options I am looking with disgust and disbelief that Aerosoft is encouraging Bravo throttle for commercial reasons I assume. I have paid 50 Dollars for this shit

  21. @masterhawk Aerosoft has issues with there airbus aircraft & I want to know when you they are planning on fixing the issue. I have went down to 1 monitor, I put my P3D setting at default and I still get DEVICE HUNG. I tired of people telling me that it's my system when it's not and it's not my sim.
