Semi-fictitious repaint, the real CS-TRJ is an A321neo LR.
 
NOTE!!!
As the Aerosoft model does not allow me to edit windows and some doors, unfortunately the A321LR's 2L / 2R ports (behind the wing) are positioned in the same place as the A321ceo's door (in this case, they are the 3L / 3R).
The Aerosoft model, because of the windows, did not allow me to reposition that door.
In addition, the window on the old A321ceo 2L / 2R port is appearing in a larger window, for the same reason that you cannot edit the windows.
I hope you understand this limitation of the Aerosoft model, it was the only solution I found for that.

This a mod for the CFM56 Engine to look like a NEO Engine (only textures, no 3D).

You can add this files to any of the liverys representing an NEO Airbus.

The two files: 
AIRBUS_EX320NEO_WANNE_C_muster.dds
AIRBUS_EX_WANNE_C_muster.dds
are not required, but contain the rotating fan texture. That texture part has to be copy/past into every *_WANNE_C.dds texture of the livery to be installed. Can be done with Paint.net and saved again as DXT3.

The files can be included by every repainter into a livery package. Free to use.
