hobeprime 16
Today I had a flight with an Airbus 321 (current version including SP3) from LPLA to LPPT. I departed with 10.0 tons of fuel and landed after some two hours of flight with 10.0 tons - no fuel consumption at all! During flight I had the elsewhere described engine oscillation in spite of steady winds. Regards, Dennis

hobeprime 16
Did you turn the fuelpumps on? Yes. According to checklist, I have. Would the aircraft fly without? Dennis

hobeprime 16
check that you dont have unlimited fuel checked in FSX. Unchecked. I never had a problem before, it was just the first flight with the A321 SP3. Never mind. I have different problems with all four aircraft which I did not have before, so I will do a roll-back. Just thought I'd put it in here, in case it was a problem others had, too. Thanks for all help offered! Dennis
hobeprime 16
Did you turn the fuelpumps on? My apologies. As a matter of fact, that was most likely the problem. I did another flight and deliberately turned the fuel pumps off. The aircraft flew without consuming any fuel. So, if you need to save fuel, you can always switch the fuel pumps off! Thanks for all help. Dennis
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted April 17, 2015 Aerosoft Share Posted April 17, 2015 As flying without the fuel pumps on is a non standard procedure we did not model that. Good to know it is solved.
