Any airport that has both VOR and LOC approach have the same problem in choosing the correct arrival. The new navdata format does, but its too big a risk to change now. This will be done during the 318/319 (and streamed backwards to the 320/321 as updates), but not before. For the time a workaround is to open the xxxx.txt for the arrival airport and see the order of available approaches to be able to choose the correct one.
