CRJ V2 will not validate, I have internet, I copied using the clipboard on Aerosoft one, it's not approving my serial number with V2..

When i intially installed it, it had me take the original one off. Now I go on and no flight deck, so I tried to validate my serial number and I keeping invalid... Now it blocked me cause I did it too many times..   I have no CRJ v2 in that case. Cause it doesn't recognize my serial number even though I use the copy from clipboard..
