2 D Panels CRJ

I just started flying this in MSFS today. When Iopen the 2D panels they take up the whole screen and need to be resized every time I open them. My vision is bad at my age but.....

 

Is there a way to resize them so they don't open so big?

 

Also when you open the FMS you only get the screen not the keyboard. Is there a way to fix this too?

As i know this is an issue since SU10 and effects every aircraft.

So actualy you have to live with that.

I confirm what Ha_ma says.
I tested several aircraft, default and addons, and all of them have the same behaviour when displays are popped up.

Install MSFS Popout Manager.

 

You configure it once, then it remembers what you popped out, the size you wanted and where they were and takes care of the rest. It's a god send for home cockpits.

As for the FMS, yes, you'd only be popping out the screen. If you want the keyboard you'd need something like AirManager.
