Instruments not working

Featured Replies

Sorry if it is reported already, i did not find it.

In the 300 Wheels Cargo Version the Chrono stays dark without any display.

And the Altimeter does not show thousands.

You can see both in the screenshot, i am at 4.500 ft at this moment.

I am quite sure that both is working correct in Tundra Versions and Wheels Pax as well. I have not tested more.

Which version of Twin Otter are you currently using?

Right now the 1.0.4.0 is the current one
And do you have mods in use?
If so, remove them and test them one by one.

As you can see, everything is ok with me.

I got on the same plane and tested it.

Of course i use the 1.0.4.0, too and no mods/addons for the Twotter.

As i said it is not in all versions of the plane. As i see in your callsign on the board, you use an other version there as i did.

OK, seems to be the 3-blade version, but no problem here:

Maybe you should try a reinstall, depending from where you bought it.

Short Update: First i had tested all Versions oft the Twotter now. The Problem is in some of them, but not in all. And it is the same in all ef the wrong working machines: The Altimeter does not show thousends and the the chrono stays dark. Only the 300 Wheels Cargo 3-Blade has on top the Starter in Left Position after loading the plane and the DC Source Switch stands on External until i klick on Ready to Fly, then it jumps to Off.

A reinstall of the whole package did not solve the Problem.

I have tested with a clear Community Folder now, only the Twotter in there, deleted the Content.xml and all AS Twin Otter Folders in LocalCache/SimObjects/Airplanes before Gamelaunch , Problem still there.

Why ever?! Because in most Versions it is working fine and in some it does not. :(

As i wrote in an other Thread: After Updating the Twotter to 1.0.5.0, they all were gone from my Hangar. So i made a complete reinstall again. Planes are back in Hangar, but with the same issue.

I just want to let you know that this issue seems to be solved.

Due to an other problem i had completely reinstalled the Sim and now the Twotters all seem to work, as they should.

Thanks everybody for support.
