Hello,
we have identified and solved the issue with the Flightsim.to product keys for the CRJ.

Thanks for letting us know.
I will test and reevaluate the current backup system. Seems to be not working for some people.
And, sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused. It's a shame the exe.xml got overwritten without any backup. This shouldn't be happening.

I've recongnized this also. In my case the Aerosoft One installer for the EJet Series has deleted all other Entries in my exe.xml. Only the aersoft one utility are listed in the exe.xml after setuproutine by the one installer.
I have to put back all other entries by hand (honeycomb bridge, vdgs, fsuips and so on...) now it works as it should. A bit "nervig". And they dont backup the old xml like other product. This is weird and should not happen.
Aerosoft One would detect an existing exe.xml and only add the entry to the file.
Also, Aerosoft One is supposed to backup the exe.xml into "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\Backups". Can you check if a backup has been created?

In my case it was the former. Possibly because the exe.xml file is not in the default position because I do not have MSFS installed on my C drive?. I've added the utilities exe to it now. It might be a good idea if the installer would ask for the exe.xml location if it can't find it.
If I am not mistaken, MSFS places the exe.xml always at the same location:
MS Store Version: "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\exe.xml"
Steam Version: "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\exe.xml"
Can you check if the exe.xml is located there and if not, tell me where it is and how you modified the location?

Hello @Hawks1326 and @jarmstro,
this might have one of the following two reasons:
- During the installation of the Aerosoft One MSFS Utilities, adding the executable to the exe.xml file of the MSFS failed
- The MSFS failed to launch the entries listed in the exe.xml file
I recommend (as jarmstro wrote) to launch the utilities manually and see if this solves the problem.

Hi @FlightBurky,

Hello,
this is intentional.
Right now, technically, you have one product installed that contains the CRJ 550/700/900/1000 but own another product that contains the CRJ 550/700.
Since it are two different products, they appear as such.
If you would try to install the CRJ 550/700, Aerosoft One will first ask to uninstall the CRJ 550/700/900/1000.

vor 20 Stunden schrieb Darron Hedge:
It has enable, details or uninstall as options.
This is caused by the MSFS Addon Linker. Aerosoft Ones integrity check for the add-on fails, since you removed either the existing symlink or the actual add-on files created by Aerosoft One itself.
The enable button will try to recreate the symlink, but it will fail if you altered the actual location of the add-on files.
We recommend to not use the MSFS Addon Linker for products installed by Aerosoft One.
Aerosoft One offers both, custom installation folder and the ability to unset / set the symlink for the installed add-ons (enable / disable), so there is no real need anyway:
First thing you can try is to click the enable button. If you just changed the name of the symlink via the MSFS Addon Linker, this will work.
Otherwise, you will need to do a full reinstall via Aerosoft One.

Hello @Christian007,
we were actually able to reproduce this specific issue.
This is quite the rare edge case and we never had this situation before.
We are working on it and this will be fixed with the next update.
-
Hello,
Aerosoft One requires administrator privileges for some functionalities to work (eg. reading the registry or creating symlinks).
If Aerosoft One does not detect your Prepar3D installation, you can add it manually from "Settings > Manage Simulators".
Simply select "Prepar3D v4" or "Prepar3D v5" from the dropdown at the top-right.
Then you can pick your user account and select the P3Ds executable as well as the folder the executable is inside.
This means that when the Prepar3D application file is at "D:\Programs\Prepar3D v5\PREPAR3D.exe", the installation folder is "D:\Programs\Prepar3D v5".

Hello @WebMaximus,
yes, we are aware that the startup of Aerosoft One can take very long, especially if a lot of products are installed through Aerosoft One.
We are already investigating this issue and will try to speed up the startup process.

Hallo Uwe,

Hallo @Dennis YT,
versuch sonst mal folgende Schritte:
2. Löschen Sie die folgenden drei Ordner:
- C:\Users\Ihr_Benutzername\AppData\Local\aerosoft-one-updater
- C:\Users\Ihr_Benutzername\AppData\Local\Programs\aerosoft-one
- C:\Users\Ihr_Benutzername\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One
3. Starten Sie Ihren PC neu.

https://cdnone.aerosoft.com/client/updates/Aerosoft One Setup 0.14.2.exe

-
Hello,
that is a good idea.
We will discuss this and might add it to our internal feature roadmap.

das war ein Fehler in unserem System.
Bitte nochmal probieren, jetzt sollte es funktionieren.

Hallo @Martin Buchheim,
Notepad++)
3. Ersetzen Sie alle Vorkommnisse von "C:\\Users\\IHR_ALTER_NUTZERNAME\\" mit "C:\\Users\\IHR_NEUER_NUTZERNAME\\" (WICHTIG: doppelte "\\")
4. Starten Sie Aerosoft One und prüfen Sie Ihre installierten Add-Ons

Hello,
that's is super weird.
Can you send me your Aerosoft One log file via DM (don't post it publicly)?
You can find it at "C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs". -
Hello,
the slow connection from China to our servers is a known issue, probably due to the GFW.
Have you tried changing the region in "Settings > Account & Settings" to "Asia (Singapure)"?

Hello Hans,
Since Aerosoft One is still new and in development, some products might not appear in "Available Add-ons" as well as in "Other Products".
Please rest assured that purchased products not visible in Aerosoft One will still be available through the "Instant Downloads" page.

So your activated CRJ Bundle from FlightSim.to in Aerosoft One is still appearing in "Other Products" and not in "Microsoft Flight Simulator (Steam) > Available Add-ons"?
Please check again and if it is still not showing correctly, send me your Aerosoft One log file via Direct-Message here in the forum (do not post your Aerosoft One log file in public).
