  1. Hi Mathijs, Thank you for the link. If you like, you could probably close this thread as it does not seem anyone else is experiencing the issue. Regards, Scott
  2. I think the UTL error was due to the fact I used Task Manager to shut down the sim. I haven't had any issues from that addon at all. Attached is an Event Viewer file from a couple of days ago. Regards, Scott Event Viewer 06262020.7z
  3. Hi Mathijs, Thanks for the reply! I'm not sure that is the case as Ultimate Traffic is not causing issues with any other add-on aircraft from other developers. The AS A330 is the only one giving me problems. As an example, for the past few days since this problem with the A330 started, I have flown numerous flights in PMDG and FS Labs aircraft without any problem whatsoever. Regards, Scott
  4. Hi, Here are the files. I used 7-Zip. Regards, Scott Event Viewer 06202020.7z
  5. Thanks for the information. I'm at work now, so I'll give that a try when I get home tonight or tomorrow morning. Just looked at the Event Viewer on my laptop. Is Windows Protocols - Application the same as Windows Logs - Application? Regards, Scott
  6. Took a look at it, but haven't a clue of which errors to look for. Also seems one can't copy and past from that window. I did have logging enabled via the Configurator yesterday. I have all those files dated 06.20.2020 saved. If you want to see them let me know. No issues with other regularly flown aircraft such as PMDG, FS Labs, Capt Sim, Carenado. Regards, Scott
  7. Greetings, Not sure where to place this topic, but here goes... I have been using the A333 in P3D since the aircraft was released, and have not had any issues that are major...until now. Suddenly, when on the ground doing the preflight, the pop displays will start acting strange after a short time. By that I mean I can open and close them normally for a few minutes, then I can only open one at a time and then finally P3Dv4.5 will lock up (aircraft sounds continue in the background) and then eventually CTD. I was using the experimental, so I uninstalled that and re-installed That made no difference. Still get the lockup and then CTD. The only thing that changed on my computer was the latest Navigraph cycle a few days ago. Strange as that may seem, it was after that update I started encountering the issues described. I'm running P3Dv4.5 (without the most recent HotFix) on a Windows 10 machine. I did save all the files in the DATA folder that were dated yesterday when I was getting the CTD's with If someone will tell me which ones to zip and attach to a reply, I'd be happy to do that. Regards, Scott
  8. Thank you for the reply. I looked at the configurator and the "Force ECAM Software Rendering" is checked. Is that normal by default? I know I didn't put a check in that box...does it need to be checked? Here are my system specs: Intel 7th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor i7-7700K 4.2 GHz LGA1151 DDR4 DP HDMI M.2 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboard Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 SLI DirectX 12 VR Ready Graphics Card Regards, Scott
  9. Greetings, An hour into a flight, both Nav Displays on the A330 went completely black...as if they turned themselves off. I've never seen this before in countless hours of flying the aircraft. My sim is P3Dv4.5 (without the most recent hotfix) and the version of the bus I'm using is the most recent (non-experimental). I have tried adjusting the brightness controls for the displays. There are not any warning indications in the cockpit. Any help will be appreciated. Regards, Scott
  10. When I got home yesterday, I checked the date of the installer I had used. It was dated 05.07.2020, so I deleted that and downloaded the latest one that was dated 05.15.2020. I uninstalled the A333 and then reinstalled using the latest installer. My A333 now appears in the list of aircraft in the updater. Just as an aside, in contrast to the example provided by A. Muegge in the thread quoted above by Farlis, the installer still pointed the updater and livery installer to OneDrive. Everything still works, though, so I'm happy. Thanks for your help! Regards, Scott
  11. Greetings, Thank you for the link to that discussion! I may have downloaded the installer prior to May 15th. I'll check when I get home from work. Regards, Scott
  12. Not sure if this is related or not, but just had a CTD with the A333 - no warning...message, or anything. Never had any problem like this before installing the latest update. This was 2.5 hrs into a 4 hr flight. The sim just crashed completely.
  13. Greetings, Today I finally got around to updating the 'buses in P3Dv4.5. As per the instructions, I uninstalled then reinstalled the A318/319/320/321/333. All seems to be well, except that the A333 does not show up in the AS Updater list of products. All the others are there: A318/319 A320/321 CRJ700/900 DC8 Any suggestions? Regards, Scott
  14. Greetings, Thank you for the explanation! Regards, Scott
  15. Greetings, I am attempting to fly the A330-300 in P3D4.5 (without the latest HF). I am not using the recently released version of the A330, the version before that. Yesterday I updated Navigraph (I subscribe to it) to the latest cycle. Now the EFB in the A330 displays two large red "Error" rectangles on it and is not functional. I did not have this problem before the latest Navigraph update. I could swear I saw a post about this issue this morning in the forum, but I'll be damned if I can find it now. Is there a fix for this> Edit: This is weird. I exited the sim. Logged out of Navigraph via the A330 Configurator, logged back in, and now the EFB is functioning normally Regards, Scott
  16. Greetings, Sorry to say that adding that line to the Aircraft.cfg did not solve the problem. I added it to A330 that I would be flying this evening. When the default ATC would alert AI traffic to my presence, the default ATC would still refer to my A330 as a generic "Airbus". Not wanting/trying to compare apples to oranges, but that doesn't happen with the FS Labs baby buses or the PMDG Boeings. The default ATC broadcasts the correct model type. Regards, Scott
  17. Hi Masterhawk, Thanks for the cfg file. I'll check later today when I do some flightsimming after work. Regards, Scott
  18. Greetings! As the title says, the default ATC refers to the Aerosoft A330 as "Airbus" while referring to AI A330's as "Airbus A330". Is it possible to change something in a cfg file so that the default ATC will refer to the AS A330 as an A330? Regards, Scott
  19. I had the same problem posted in another thread. A poster by the name of "Secondater" helped me solve it. He said the issue was cause by people having their Antialiasing - Transparency Supersampling set to one of the Sparse Grid Supersampling settings. I went into Nvidia Inspector and changed from 8x Sparse Grid Supersampling to 8x Supersampling and the range arcs were displayed. Hope this helps, Scott
  20. Hi Mathijs, Thank you for the Airbus development road map regarding the immediate future! However, while I do understand the reasoning (from a business standpoint) of not much of the way in future improvements for the Baby Buses, I have to express my disappointment that it is not likely the Nav Displays will be reworked to operate independently of one another. Also for a purely selfish reason 😉 I was hoping that bringing the Baby Buses up to the A330 standard would somehow cure that nagging drooping elevator problem I'm having. As I posted in that thread, I truly appreciate the efforts of members of your team to track it down. I fully understand it is a rarity and cannot be reproduced by team members. I am certainly enjoying the A333! Regards & Best Wishes, Scott
  21. Hi Secondator, Thanks for the reply and explanation. However, I am confused (a not unnatural state of affairs!). I do not have this issue with the Baby Buses - the range rings and dashed course line is there with 8xSSGS. Why then, would they not show on the A330 display? Anyway, I changed via Nvidia Inspector from 8xSSGS to 8xSupersampling and the range rings now display on the A330 MFD. Regards, Scott
  22. Hi Dave, Thank you! Regards, Scott
