it is somehow strange that the manufacturer does not answer customer questions !!!

This site is mostly staffed by volunteers, so it sometimes takes time to get to someone. If you can't see the lights you listed, you should check at night to see if they're there as they're hard to see during the day. For your sim settings under Lighting, do you have the one for lighting the runway checked on? Dynamic lighting on? On v5 and version 1.0.2.0 on the A330, this is what I see. All position, strobes, landing, logo, taxi and turnoff lights look like they're there and look pretty good:
