    Some of the information is not available or been modify due to PFPX's limitation (RTOW, average GS/TAS, wind data, and a few more).
    This template included extra latitude and longitude information for each waypoint (not in the real OFP).
    Put the file under “C:\Users\Public\Documents\PFPX Data\FlightplanTemplates”, and you are good to go!

    I made shot at the fantastic DC-8-62, found an old AFM on the net and went for it.
    The file covers climb at 250/280/0.78
    Cruise at M 0.82, 0.80, 0.78 and LRC. For Descent it is .80/280/250 covered. Holding is also covered. No engine-out is covered.

    BRA.txt: this is a shot at the OFP used by Braathens Regional ATR-72 fleet. Braathens Regional is based at ESMS and covers domestic routes in Sweden.
    SCW.txt this is a try on the OFP used by the same company but for their RJ85 and 100 fleet. Braathens Regional fly mostly to ESSB, ESMS, ESGG and quite a few serial charters with their Avro fleet.

  20. Beech 390 Premier 1A

    This PFPX aircraft file was created from data taken from the POH.  The data included is quite detailed.  Included are several profiles:
     
    i) two climb profiles: 240 kts/M.64 and 220 kts/M.62, with an ISA range of -10 to +10
    ii) two cruise profiles: MAX cruise and LRC (Long Range), with an ISA range of -10 to +15
    iii) two descent profiles: M.76/310 kts/250 kts and M.70/250 kts, 3,000 fpm.
     
    The POH data doesn't include a time/fuel allowance for takeoff or approach and landing.  I have therefore included estimates for these in the file.  You can change them if you like in the aircraft editor.  I have compared my results with data from real world videos available online and they appear to be quite close.  Note you will need to limit payload on long flights or you will get an over weight warning!
     
    To install simply copy the file into your "Users\Public\Documents\PFPX Data\AircraftTypes" folder.
     
    Any and all feedback is welcome, either here or in Carenado's Premier 1A support forum.

  25. Iran Depressurisation Procedures

    Introduction

    Hello all,

     
    Contained here are some depressurisation escape procedures for use on the following airways in western Iran and south-eastern Turkey, commonly used by airliners flying between Dubai and western Europe:

     
    Northbound:
    UP574 KASOL - SYZ UT430 SYZ - VUVAG UL333 VUGAG - DASIS UR660 DASIS - ERZ
     
    Southbound:
    UT36 ULKME - ALRAM L208 ALRAM - UMH G781 UMH - ROVON M317 ROVON - RADID L319 RADID - DASDO UL223 DASDO - LAM
     
    I have created these procedures myself with some background information, enroute charts and PFPX.  Although they will not reflect real-world escape routes exactly, they will provide safe escape routes to various airports, avoiding mountainous terrain.  The procedures ensure no more than 20 minutes above FL140, and then the rest of the diversion at FL140 or below.  (Some airlines have oxygen supplies that can supply oxygen for about 20 minutes above FL140, and then at FL140 as needed for a considerable duration.  I have modelled these procedures on such an airline).
