Frista 0 Posted July 3, 2017 Share Posted July 3, 2017 Hi all Milan Malpensa X (the latest installer, downloaded it this morning) crashes P3D v4 when the scenery is activated. I don't have to be in the vicinity of the airport, simply the activated scenery crashed the sim. When the scenery is activated and I set the scenario to fly and press OK, the screen goes black as it should, but the scenario loading bar doesn't apear. And after about 20 seconds the sim crashes without an error message. And as the scenario wasn't properly loaded, it doesn't create an error report. I have tried to uninstall and install it again, which doesn't help. Also I have tried to activate the scenery in the running simulator, and as soon as the scenery loading bar reaches somewhere around 97% the sim crashes again. Any suggestions...? Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted July 3, 2017 Aerosoft Share Posted July 3, 2017 Those errors are to 'be expected' and would not cause the issue. We have a second report like that so there must be something that's related. Scenery crashing the simulator is actually very rare and surprisingly hard to do. At the time I only use P3D's own traffic, except for GSX by FSDT. I have all current aerosoft P3D v4 sceneries installed, as well as Vidan, JustSim, FSDT, Flightbeam, FlyTampa and ORBX. I only use the v4 compatible versions, except for FlyTampa where I patched the v3 versions. Also I use planes by A2A (172/182/Comanche/Texan) and PMDG (747/777), all the new versions for P3D v4.
