Oslo V1.07 animated Passengers

Recommended Posts

Hello
I bought this scenery 5 days ago and I have a problem.
The manual tells there are animated passengers if I
set the COM1 frequency to 119.0. I set it as well
but it happens nothing. The animated passengers don´t
appear and the jetways are not working.
I installed it with antivirus turned off
The config tool does not have that option (animated Passengers) to turn on/off,
but the manual tells she should have it. Is there anything I do wrong?

I used Prepard3d V3.1 and PMDG 737

Best Regards

Juan

Why does not any developer answer me?

Are we going to get an update soon in order to resolve that?

I have bought it specially for that. But now it turns out that it is working.

It's a bit frustrating not to get any solution nor answer.

I think that the update 1.07 of Oslo v2.0 makes it compatible with P3Dv3. It is at least how I understand it. When I installed it I was asked which flighsim I wanted to install?

I was given the following options:
1.FSX
2.FSX-SE
3.P3D V2.x
4.P3D V3.x
So I understand it as it is compatible

You sell it as it was compatible with P3DV3

I repeat: I've bought this scenery specially for that reason. If I had known that it was not compatible I would not have bought it.

I only want to know that. Why aren't all these features working?

Developers don't always follow or answer forum posts as we want them working on updates and new products rather than answering questions or doing tech support which can be handled by Aerosoft Staff and even other customers.  It's the best and certainly the best way to run things, especially with the size and scope of Aerosoft and the number of Aerosoft developers.

Forums are the first line of technical support where probably 95%+ of all questions / issues are resolved. In rare event that we're not able to resolve your issue in the forums, we refer you to the next level of technical support which may be answered directly by Aerosoft Staff or by the developer (usually via Aerosoft Staff) depending what the issue is.

I hope I've answered your question.

My very best wishes.
