My weather radar isn't working at all! I'm using FSGRW on a networked pc and followed the instructions in the video above but it still won't show any weather, even in a CB. Any ideas?

Then for sure you did something wrong. Show us a screenshot showing FCU, PFD, ND and the lower pedestal with the WX panel

As Your Using The Steam Edition of Fsx i Dont thing its compatible with most Aerosoft Products as of yet

Sorry about that but i think in future Aerosoft will make updates for some of the products and addons to work with the steam edition

The latest version of the Airbus is compatible with FSX:SE!
