Missing registered products on Updates site

Hi,

Is there any known problems on accessing updates from the Aerosoft site? The reason for asking is I logged in using my existing profile and the previously registered products I had are all missing from the list of available updates e.g. Stuttgart, Hamburg, MA Heathrow, MA Frankfurt etc. Usually on the drop-down menu all my registered products appeared but no longer.All of them are gone.

Do I need to re-register each product? What changed???

Mark, it works for me, so I would suggest droping an email to support@aerosoft.com to let them know. You will probably get a quicker response.

Yes. Best thing to do. This happens to me regularly and support always restored the missing one. Might take some time, though.
