marcelo.pullen 0 Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 hi there im sorry i do not know how the forum system works, but i have recently purchassed 1 x AEROSOFT ONLINE - ANTARCTICA X (DOWNLOAD)pack from simmarket, i went to upload it to my computer i get to the step where i in put my email and product code it replys and says the email or code is incorrect i have tried many time to get this to work but with no sucsses i've tried everything. can you please help me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

marcelo.pullen 0 Posted April 2, 2012 Author Share Posted April 2, 2012 yes i have done everything i have lead to believe either one of the letters or numbers is incorrect in the product code or the the wrong one has been sent the email is the same for every other down load i have recieved and they have work all but this one is there anyway of getting a new link to this product for me to download this or do i have to puchase this again???
