hi there im sorry i do not know how the forum system works, but i have recently purchassed 1 x AEROSOFT ONLINE - ANTARCTICA X (DOWNLOAD)pack from simmarket, i went to upload it to my computer i get to the step where i in put my email and product code it replys and says the email or code is incorrect i have tried many time to get this to work but with no sucsses i've tried everything. can you please help me
