So here's leg 5

What do you think?

I done a touch 'n' go at EDVE, then carried on to EDDT Tegel, and this is the 2 flight reports, but from 1 leg, if that makes sence.

Again Maddz, It´s important what MODE you use AP in. You gotta switch to Cruisemode BEFORE switching on AP, and switch off AP BEFORE hitting landingmode.

If you look at this picture, please compare to yours and see if you have the two checkboxes checked or unchecked. This is Auto detection of Cruise- and landingmodes, and if the latter is checked, you will go into landing mode when you have a steady descend. This COULD be your problem, so please make sure they are UN-checked, to have control over when you are in what mode.

IF this was your problem, I grant you the right to add 50% to your current scores where you get punked for use of AP.

Not that I wan´t to - you have pretty descent scores as it is...laugh.gif

Indeed that was the case Ole, they were checked. So have now unchecked them.

So in future( even if im still climbing),i need to select cruise mode to enable AP. gotcha! :)

Thanks for the info's Ole.

    Definite room for improvement...

Something strange happend with gear on this last leg, caused me to go around 5 times. The gear lever wouldnt move (?).When i moved the switch it would go bk to gear up position everytime. So not wanting to go to far from the field i just kept on flying a 10 mile pattern constantly trying to get the gear down ( it was acting like a conflict between to control so i cleared the field in controls, tryed diffrent buttons on controller, keyboard - even tryed manually pumping the gear down( or rather the key combination for it..does beech even have that?... but nothing would work).

So it was inevitable that i would have to make a crash landing, on the last leg - gutted

So i set up for the approach 1 last time..

The strange thing is, that when got to around 800 foot or so, Mr Smith suddenly churped up and said ''Gear down for langing''...and with that i hit the button and the gear deployed....All be it at a far too high speed..So y did Mr Smith tell me to put the gear down then??

With all of this happening, catching me by suprize, it just all went wrong, as the flight report shows

Thats the first phase completed :D

    Bring on the second !!
