Although this may seem to be a very big task. I would ask you to see Microsofts' Flight Simulator in which the Xbox Series X is very capable of handling in top quality detail and with an entire functioning world. Therefore, if Microsoft is able to create such a vast Game in which the Xbox Series X can handle very well, I don't see why you aren't able to include even Country in which Flixbus operate in Fernbus Simulator for Consoles.
