We have updated the user interface of NavDataPro. It's now easier and more modern.

There are versions for Windows and Mac:

Hi Mathijs,

new Version is stuck at unzipping with 0% (already wrote an email to navdata (at) aerosoft.de).

Also please add MSFS paths to the PMDG 737s.

Regards Jan-Paul

Unfortunately the new interface cannot find Pilot2Atc on my PC. The old version does so will have to stay with that for now.

Can someone please tell me what i have to do to install the newest AIRAC cycle to my Prepar3D and my Airbusses (A318-321 and 330)?

Somehow NavDataPro cant find a path to either Airbus and i tried to select it manually to the folder i installed all my Aerosoft Addons. When i clicked on "install" somehow all the Airbus disappeared within Prepar3d and i was not able to select an Airbus as an aircraft. So strange!

Ok, i am not sure if i am missing something here:

I use Prepar3D v5 on my E: Drive / E:\Flightsimulator Prepar3D V5
I installed my Airbus on the same Drive on E:\Flightsimulator Addons\Aerosoft

On my Airbus in the MCDU there is the AIRAC 1913.
I bought and installed NavDataPro and i clicked on "Prepar3D v5" and the path is E:\Flightsimulator Prepar3D V5

There is also the "Aerosoft A318/318/320/330 Prof," description in NavDataPro and i tried to install the AIRAC Cycle in different folders of my Flightsimulator but it wont update. When i select E:\Flightsimulator Addons\Aerosoft where all my Airbusses are installed it even makes them disappear.

Where do i have to install the AIRAC cycle to exactly? There is nothing about this in the manual.

Greetings,

this problem is being looked into, luckily it appears to be very User-specific.

Further support will be handled with the User directly!

Kind regards,

Me again since there has not been any further support since the 18th of september.

I am here with a new installation of my flightsimulator Prepar3D and just installed Nav Data Pro and STILL it will not even recognise my Airbus installations. So basically i am still standing here at 0 despite having paid 90 € for the Nav Data Pro + Charts.
Right now i am very disappointed.

Hello Alaex,

sorry for this inconvenience.
Regardless where you installed the addon itself, the navdata for our P3Dv5 Airbuses are stored in the user documents folder:

C:\User\[user name]\Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX NavData

There is only this one navdata folder, it's used by all of our Airbuses.

You should choose this path in the NavDataPro client.

best regards
Guenter Zehnel
