Instruments - OBS2 Slaved on Pilot and Co-Pilot Sides

See attached video: moving the OBS2 on the pilot side changes the HSI course on the co-pilot side (and vice versa).

I understand that the co-pilot HSI is supposed to be indicating the Nav 2 data, and so the the pilot-side OBS2. Not sure what the actual nature is of OBS2 and HSI2 indicating different courses, but I imagine they should be able to have independent course settings since they're entirely separate instruments; I find it hard to believe that changing OBS2 would cause HSI2's course to change.

This behavior is non-physical in current implementation. That being said, I don't know how complex it would be to fix this issue.
