Normally, it should not be necessary to do any manual copying of files at all. Please login to display this image. You just let AO download and install the three dependencies and off you go. The error you are showing indicates that the Aerosoft Data Exchange Module might not be installed correctly. Make sure you are actually installing like I advised you to do. But should be the most recent one...so 1.1.0.0 REV. B Plus the model library and the data exchange module. All three are needed for correct functioning of the vdgs.
