Can somebody help me?

This is typically the result when another addon replaced default files of the sim.

Uninstall the addon which changed the default lights and hope that this program mad a backup of the original files. If it doesnt work, you have to do a fresh install of the simulator.

Can you give us a list of all tweaks and add-ons you did? One of those caused this issues for sure.

I would re-install the client. If you have all modern add-ons you won't need to re-install them and it will take just 20 minutes. That way you are sure all the default effects files are indeed default.
