CRJ Pro Crash to Desktop

Recommended Posts

Hello,

During a perfect flight with the CRJ 700 Pro from KSEA to KSFO, i was at cruising altitude and went to the EFB to change my charts (Navigraph) to the ILS Rwy 28L.  When I clicked to select the runway chart on the EFB, P3Dv4.5 paused, then crashed to the desktop:

I experienced something similar when changing Navigraph charts on the EFB, but without the CTD...just the spinning blue circle, but after 5 min P3D stayed in a frozen state and I had to force quit.

I also experienced an identical symptom when trying to load an approach in the FMS...frozen P3D with spinning blue circle. Had to force quit.

Windows error log (force quit after changing Navigraph chart on EFB)

The program Prepar3D.exe version 4.5.13.32097 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
