Tozzifan 7
Hello, I've just updated from 4.2 to 4.3 - [win10], then installed the Airbus, flawlessly after that, P3D main interface would not display anymore : after backing up and deleting the self generated folders, then restoring them one by one, I was able to have p3D main screen working again, by deleting Raas Pro entry from dll.xml file just for feedback, and maybe be helpful to other users (by the way, I use a dual OS system, with p3d installed also on win7: there, on win7, no issues happened)

Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted September 4, 2018 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted September 4, 2018 I have no problems with RAAS here, maybe for some reason the dll.xml got broken. Please post your dll.xml here, when you have RAAS installed, so I can check it.

Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted September 4, 2018 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted September 4, 2018 From where did you take that dll.xml? LM uses 2 directories: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\dll.xml C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\dll.xml Maybe there are entries in both and those entries differ somehow

Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted September 4, 2018 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted September 4, 2018 Ok, both xml's look good to me. As you said that the problem occurs only on your Windows 10 Installation please post a screen shot so that we can see what MS Visual C++ redistribultables are installed and whether there is a "Microsoft Access database engine 2010" installed. Also, do you have any other locked or unlocked versions of FS2Crew RAAS installed?

Tozzifan 7
update: I removed win7 and set up win10 and p3d4.5 RAAS Pro, rejected by me on Airbus Pro setups, was also installed by PMDG, and still prevented the main p3d interface to appear again, I removed it from exe.xml (p3d.cfg folder), and the issue disappeared
Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted May 30, 2019 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted May 30, 2019 So I suggest to report this to FS2Crew.
hopejides 0
when updating to p3dv4.5 and aerosoft 1.2.4.0 airbus. the stupid raas NOT work. that company seens never care about customer experience, and make me never want put a penny on that brand. install and reinstall more than 10 times, and reinstall office 64x for database support too. aerosoft should ask fs2crew fix this immediately and that really make the customer feel the low quality of that software even affected to aerosoft's very high-quality brand. RAAS pro airbus locked version NOT WORK since updated to v1.2.4.
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted June 1, 2019 Aerosoft Share Posted June 1, 2019 I am sorry you feel that way hopejides, but the simple fact it it works on my systems, our test systems and because we have seen very little comments on that issue, I can only assume it works for the tens of thousands of other customers we have. What did FS2Crew, in fact, tell you?
