Christian Bahr 221
Hi. I would like to introduce you to another project of mine. It is a small city scene that represents the inner city area of Jena. The scenery is created as a pure city scenery and therefore will not include an airfield. The airfield has already been created and published by the developer Thomas Zipfel: Airfield EDBJ Schöngleina Now, the Jena scenery is completed in large parts, but what is still missing are a few of the cityscape formative building. Also called Poi's. There is the fortunate circumstance that the city of Jena could be found as a partner, which, upon request, is heading for some architectural model for the project. Only the textures have to be slightly reworked. Pictures from the current state of development ... Please login to display this image. Digital Elevation Model (DGM1) in the GIS application. pmb 139
Excellent, I never would have imagined my hometown to ever look that life-like in a flight simulator. Kind regards, Michael

Hi Michael. If I had known before that Jena is in such a beautiful topographical landscape, then you could have dealt with it earlier. Christian Bahr 221
Hi. In the project Jena there is another good news. So far, the project lacked the so important and for the cityscape formative JenTower. This is now contributed by ORBX, the Boss John Venema has personally agreed to use the tower in my project. Many thanks to Sascha Normann for his dedication and mediation Now the preliminary building collection is complete: Please login to display this image. These are the provisional buildings that are installed in the Jena City Scenery: Employment Agency, Justice Building, JenTower, City Church, Town Hall, Carl Zeiss Planetarium, City Museum. Possibly additional buildings will be added. But that still has to be considered. So far the current state of Jena. But now it goes on with the Beta-Test for the Airfield EDGT Bottenhorn

Christian Bahr 221
