Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

Hello Aerosoft,

I cannot thank you enough for the effort put into this project it's amazing!

Anyhow, been trotting around Canada for the last few flights, most recentley this evening, operating CYWG-CYUL in the CRJ9, and on 04/04/2018, operating CYWG-CYOW, in both instances, Prepar3D V4.2 frezzes at around 110ft AGL/RWY32/CYOW and 140ft AGL/RWY06L/CYUL.

Untill this point I was running 1.0.5 but will install 1.0.6 see if that makes a difference.

Any add-on scenery?

Yes, CYWG & CYOW, Simaddons & CYUL is FlyTampa, also have UTX Canada installed. RAAS is active (I have a feeling it's the culprit), not AI just IVAO MTL.

RAAS might be the reason. But I would like to ask you, if you can try the flight again, with the same settings (including RAAS) but this time enable "Create Minidumps on crashes" in the CRJ Manager. If the crash happens again, hopefully a minidump file ("ASCRJ_Minidump_......dmp") will be created in your P3D main folder. If you have P3D installed in C:\Program Files, please make sure to run it as Administrator for this (otherwise, the dump file can not be created due to access rights in C:\Program Files).

If you get a minidump file, please upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox or something similar and post a link here. The file doesn't contain any personal data, so there's no risk involved.

Ok, I will operate a few legs today and try it out. Minidump Level 3?
